Merci à Emad pour son accueil. Cet hôtel est top, le personnel est très sympatique et serviable. Très pro, hotel très propre et beau. Le spa est gratuit pour les résidents de l'hotel avec un espace sauna et hammam homme et femme séparés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres. La proximité avec un grand boulevard fait qu'on entend le bruit des voitures, lègrement bruyant. Essayez peut être de demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur ce boulevard L'hôtel n'est pas loin de du centre ville, environ 10 à 15 min en taxi. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Pour cette catégorie d'hôtel, l'ensemble des services est satisfaisant. Un seul bémol concerne le petit-déjeuner, cher pour un Français qui, comme moi, se contente d'un café et d'un croissant. Il faudrait prévoir plusieurs formules.

Le personnel est en général sympathique, la nourriture était bonne, mais la chambre était malpropre. Il y avait des taches sur les draps, les oreillers, les murs. Les chaises et les tapis étaient troués. Durant la dernière nuit, il y avait une réception sur le toit, 4 étages plus haut, et le bruit était tellement fort que les murs de la chambres vibraient.

Moyen pour un 4 étoile , très bien pour un 3étoile
Réceptionniste du matin pas très professionnelle réponde toujours non a vos demande avant d'essayer de trouver une solution heureusement que ce du soir le sont plus. la salle de bains un peu poussiéreuse et la lingerie très vieillissant. sinon les chambre sont confortable bon rapport qualité prix sauf celle qui donne sur la rue qui sont très bruillante ,impossible d’ouvrier les fenêtre pour aéré et la terrasse supérieur inaccessible vendredi et samedi a cause d'un mariage qui fessai vibrer le sol jusqu’à 2h du matin (j'était au 2eme étage imaginé ceux du 6eme). sinon les prix du restaurent aussi exorbitant. en bref recommandable pour un cours séjours 1ou2 jours.

Neat and Clean hotel. Very good internet coverage and speed. The breakfast was correct (however lack of coffee is visible here, I guess thats the case for entire Middle East) The lebanese restaurant was very nice. Nice food on the terrace in open air :)

Property is located in an affluent area. Amenities such as shopping areas and restaurants are excellent and easily accessible. Furthermore, staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I would particularly like to mention Emmd at reception who was very helpful in arranging all our tours. Also, a big shout out to Hassan for also being so helpful and friendly. Both staff members are credit to their organisation.
