« The property was exactly as described. Way out in the middle of nowhere so we could see lots of stars without much light pollution at all! That is the main reason we selected this house. The house was clean and even stocked with extra goodies (s'mores, etc). The owner is EXCELLENT with communication, often answering right away any questions I had. « Have stayed there before and loved it. This stay not so much the bathrooms needed some attention, but can easily be overlooked, the cabin on the otherhand was not, the beds,and bed linens were absolutely clean and tidy that was about it. Now there are canoes and floaters coming and going ruining the peaceful feeling, it just felt to much like being at Saddler falls or one of those places. »

« Such a pleasant location. Quietly tucked away with a relaxing view across the pasture of horses. We loved spending time sitting in the screened-in porch every morning as we drank our morning cup of coffee. Due to the inclement weather, the porch also provided us the opportunity to enjoy the scenery while staying nice & dry! The kitchen was a little small, but was well stocked. « A great cabin in the woods! Lots of room, great water pressure. The shower is actually in the bathroom off of one of the bedrooms so if you have multi families staying it takes a little planning to use it etc. I feel like knowing that ahead of time might be helpful?. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kiddos and had plenty of room. Communication with Ben was great he answered really quickly. Getting there was a little tricky, a little hard to see the arrows in the dark but his directions were right...

« I loved the place, it was a beautiful, peaceful view, the cottage was very clean and very well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is they did not have propane for the grill when we wanted to make steaks, and we didn’t want to go back into town to get propane, so we use the oven. The manager did say in her property details that if we bought the propane, she wouldn’t reimburse us with the cost, which was very nice. Once we got here, we just kind of wanted to stay the cushions...

« This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The Host is amazing. He checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. He called a neighbor to rescue us from a flat tire. I highly recommend to stay here if you get a chance. The fishing is just out the back door, and we caught our limit easily. We had 8 people fishing and had no problem. »

« We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our son’s birthday. The rooms were clean and cozy. AC worked well. We made pizzas together in the spacious kitchen. We utilized the grill too and enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces. Mammoth Spring is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend! »
