Due to a store in Dallas, we got stuck at airport and our reservation was cancel. Once at the site they understood and gave us a new reservation and a room accessible for disabled which needed. The staff where helpful every time and provided references of food and parking around town. The bathroom door was damaged and did not closed. It was quite and the beds a fantastic blessing. Thank you to all who work there and I contact management to express our thanks.

Took an extra $100 “deposit” and create all these rules you have to jump through in order to get refund. You have to have someone come look at your room to get rerun but then they aren’t on site for the hours they say they are.

What was unique is the cash deposit but it was nice to get it back right when we checked out other than that our two day stay was not bad at all especially for how much it was it was pretty great experience an it was nice to have a kitchen in the room .... Thanks

The room was dirty from the start and when i needed to leave the didn't want to give me my deposit they said my dog ate the bed which they lied and they just really really suck the staff is two Face and they would rather have drug addicts then to have a family trying to stay off the street they suck...

We booked for a week because it was a cheaper price but when we got there we realized why it was cheaper....the room smelled stale and the floor turned our socks black. After about three days their card making machine for the doors was broken and we had to be let in our room by "staff" every time we left because our keys mysteriously stopped working. There were people living on the OUTSIDE of the building in the corners and walking around at all hours.

I didn’t get any sleep. I found out from the locals the next morning that ex-cons stay at this hotel and others along this street. Drug deals occur in and around the hotel. Someone tried to break into my room! Luckily I had all the extra deadbolts locked. Needless to say, this area is dangerous! I waited until morning and got the hell out of there.

Nasty bad service poor housekeeping i wonder if the housekeeper even knows how to clean bugs and roaches impossible to get rid of couldnt get into my room half the time due to no one being in the office this was by far the worst place to stay

The staff is fantastic! Juan 2 and Juan 3 go out of there way to make any necessary repairs and should be highly commended! Great service guys!!! The gentlemen that checked me in and the sweet lady that's works during the day are also very accommodating and very respectful of your needs. I felt safe and secure throughout my 3 week stay. The room was missing cups, a blanket, and a remote for the TV. The front desk staff was very helpful, but those items should have been in the room. Also, the floor in the corners had not been vacuumed.

The first thing that upset me was finding 5 pot joints within plain site with the room. No pots or pans. Bath towels were small. Broken floor panels. Noisy neighbors that office wouldn’t no take care of. Lastly office was supposed to be open at 7 am but did not show up to after 7:30. Will not stay there again.

Great staff
I left my bag at the check in desk. The evening staff 8pm kept it safe and attempted to contact me after it was found. They verified the contents before returning it to me. Genuine, honest, and friendly.

Had a deposit of 150.00 and the manager and the lady at front desk kept 20.00 said I ruined towels as an excuse to keep the 20.00. Go a receipt though. But don’t know how to report the fake towel transaction.

Lives up to its name as a budget hotel. First room I tried to check into the electronic key entry was dead, so they switched me to another room. I had to get a new key every day of my week-long stay which was inconvenient. Apparently the keys weren't staying "keyed". Bathroom was questionably clean. Maintenance had to come fix the fridge during my stay - let's just say as a former housekeeper I can't believe housekeeping missed an iced over freezer and a warm fridge. Hotel didn't seem to have enough towels. TV only sorta worked. The only good thing about it was how cheap it was and access to the freeway. Would not stay again.

We paid for the reservation. When we arrived at the room we were disgusted. The place smelled to shi… and urine. Outside were warnings about people breaking into the cars. And it seems people live there under the extended stay. We didn’t feel safe at all and left. The reception looked like a licores store at the South Bronx in NYC. It has a small window where you can barely pass the credit card. It seems that the receptionist needs extra security. So, It was awful. DO NOT STAY at this place.

The location of this Studio 6 was convenient and the property condition was average. I saw roaches crawlingb around on the floor daily. The best part was the cost/night. However, the Management was never visible. The reception staff was not always available and the main reception entry was locked. You had to talk through a small window, just like being in a prison. Very sad. Also the reception staff never had anything on hand I was asking for. For example no dishes and utensils, coffee, etc. Thank you. However, I will not recommend this property to my friends.

I want my deposit back before 8 AM
Marginal motel at best. While inexpensive you do het what you pay for, which here isn't much. Lots of cigarette burns in the blanket and chairs. The walls are all chipped up and the bathroom door has claw marks, apparently from a wayward pet. The $100 cash deposit is ridiculous and the office won't trspond to phone calls until after 8 AM, so don't plan to leave any earlier.

We had a problem where our toilet clogged and instead of sending someone to fix it they just gave us a plunger and told me that maintenance was not there.

I will never stay with studio six again the first problem was they canceled my reservation that I paid for for two weeks because I did not show up to the hotel on Sunday by 11 PM after driving 26 hours to get to New Mexico. Then after renting the hotel room again they locked me out of my room twice and and after getting off at night i had to get back in my car to go to the office for a new key definitely was not something i wanted to do in the dark, the second time they stated that i only rented the room for one week instead of two weeks that I paid for. it just wasn’t a great experience Overall. We also had to go into the room and bleach it clean And put our own sheets and blankets on before we could even feel comfortable inside.

It was not the best. When I got there I had to wait to check in like 30 mins. The first night someone was arrested for destroying a room alit of screaming at night until the morning lots of drug dealers and homeless around, would not recommend to stay here. Cheap yeah but not worth it.

Service was slow. The key to the room didn't work 4 times! Lots of transients around. The rooms around mine were doing drugs outside and talking all night long. There were dead cockroaches in the room. It was filthy
