Hotel is fine for a one-night stay and flight the next morning. Price-quality ratio is good with a decent breakfast included. It is also located less than 10 minutes from Albuquerque Old Town. Staff was very helpful in solving initial Internet problems.

We loved the ease of getting the rental car in the morning, and the shuttle for us arriving late. We enjoyed the breakfast and the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

Nice hotel. Well-appointed room and quite comfortable. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely consider staying here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The free airport shuttle is a convenient perk, especially for those traveling with heavy luggage. The pool and hot tub are great features, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. Although the weather was a bit cool during my stay, I can imagine how refreshing it would be to take a dip in the pool during the warmer months. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, being a single woman and traveling alone I'm not comfortable with where its located. If the parking lot were enclosed it might be better, but coming in late at night, with a full lot, its a bit scary walking to the front door; busy corner, late night dining at adjacent restaurant just doesn't work. Safety for guests should always be a priority.

Let the fresh air in!
This hotel was chosen due its proximity to the airport and airport shuttle, the no-pets policy (allergies in the family), and the fact that the windows open - not a lot, but enough to let a little fresh air in. We enjoyed 3 variety-filled breakfasts and appreciated there were gluten-free options. The room was a little smaller than other Fairfields we've stayed in and the rooms are getting a little worn, but the positives outweighed the negatives and we would stay here again.

Absolutely little water shower head pressure. I get the attempt to conserve water but this is ridiculous.

Mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the outlets weren’t working, you could hear police sirens and people walking around upstairs all night.

Run down outdated hotel with wonderful friendly employees. Wall paper ripped, hole in lampshade, bathroom in need of cosmetic maintenance. Barely enough toilet paper or tissues even for 1 night. Disappointing.

The hotel was nice but i did not like the fact that the staff came knocking on our door in the morning and before i got to open the door they had already opened it right when i got there, then they came knocking a second time. Felt like we were being rushed even though check out time was at 12pm

Our housekeeping team will typically knock on doors on the day of checkout to service guest rooms from guests that may have skipped the traditional check out at the front desk. We certainly did not intend to make you feel unwelcomed. As a friendly travelers tip, we recommend to hang a "Do not Disturb" sign on your door on future travels to prevent this from happening again in the future, wherever your travels may be. Hotels will typically respect this gesture, and this will allow you to enjoy your complete stay without interruption up until checkout. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope to have another opportunity to serve you again. Safe travels!

Poor customer service
I stay at this hotel frequently when I travel because it is near the airport, can do park & fly, and prices are generally reasonable. Usually my stays are great. This time it was not. Arriving back from an international flight I pre-booked a room & was looking forward to desperately needed sleep. When I checked in I was asked what floor I wanted to stay on. My response was please give me the quietest room you have. Was given a key & went to bed by 6pm. At midnight the phone rang. It was the front desk stating that I was not supposed to be in that room. I was repeatedly asked my name. They told me the room was for someone else. I told them that I didn’t know what they expected me to do. I told the person several times that I just wanted to sleep. Finally I hung up. At no time did the staff apologize for waking me. The next morning a person at the front desk who told me they were the assistant manager told me there was a mix up. I responded that indeed there was & that I did not appreciate being called at midnight. I expressed that what bothered me the most in addition to interrupting my sleep was that no one apologized. The assistant manager seemed very annoyed that I was expressing my displeasure. This person stated they would talk to the staff involved. But the assistant manager also did not apologize. This was very poor customer service. It was unreasonable to call at that hour…they simply needed to give the late arriving guest another room.

This hotel was ok. It was clean, bed was ok. Room was basic but ok. Pool was nice. It was easy to find & food options around. The only real issue I had was with housekeeping in the morning. Check out time is 1200 but they started banging on the door and trying to come into the room at 9am. Thankfully I had put the door lock. They came again at 10 and then again at 11. I have never felt rushed to get out of a room but we did here. The front desk staff was really nice but the hosekeeping ruined it. I won't stay here again.

Our housekeeping team will typically knock on doors on the day of checkout to service guest rooms from guests that may have skipped the traditional check out at the front desk. We certainly did not intend to make you feel unwelcomed. As a friendly travelers tip, we recommend to hang a "Do not Disturb" sign on your door on future travels to prevent this from happening again in the future, wherever your travels may be. Hotels will typically respect this gesture, and this will allow you to enjoy your complete stay without interruption up until checkout.
