« I booked this lovely suite with plans to meet up with my amazing boyfriend however he was unable to get the time off work and sense it was paid for i went alone. It is located in a quite little part of town which was so peaceful, diverse, warm, welcoming and safe. The price was great and it was worth every penny. The host was great with communication and every step was smooth and easy. It was very clean, cozy and cutely decorated... I'll gladly book this again in the future... EXCEPTIONAL »

« This is a great little apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The host got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but the neighbors are kind. There is an issue with the shower. It is either scalding hot, or ice cold. There is no in-between. We let the host know so I hope this gets fixed. Overall, I think this is a great place and I would recommend others to stay as long as the shower gets fixed. »

« Absolutely lovely! Small basement like apartment. Since I had read other reviews, I cooked several meals and took them with us. Nice refrigerator/freezer with a microwave was plenty for us. I was cold the majority of the time so loved the heater that blew on me once getting out of the shower. Host also provided a grill, charcoal, and matches if we needed it. The view is breath taking from the porch or gazebo. The walk way to the dock at night is gorgeous with the lights. The beach can be lit up...

« The space was cheerful, clean and comfortable. The unit has such character and a unique design. The bathroom is a little small but is a great use of space. Due to the historic qualities of the house the ceilings are low for tall folks over about 6'2". The host was also just as cheerful and charming! »

« No response from owner for hours on day of arrival.. once in contact owner didn’t know if unit was clean. He informed us things were clean BUT Once inside unit was filthy.. nothing was cleaned, children’s toys and dirt were everywhere. none of the beds were made owner didn’t bring blankets until last day. He had a lady and her 4 kids living there and apparently put them out that day and he said he thought we were arriving on a different day. We’ve had this reservation booked for MONTHS »

« This unit is cute and cozy. The decor was nice. The bathroom was very clean and the bed linens were clean and crisp. Those are the two most important things for me. I can’t use a dirty bathroom or sleep on sheets that I think may not be fresh. The Wi-Fi worked fine. This is not a luxurious spot if that’s what you’re looking for. « This is a nice studio just minutes from town. It was super quiet. It's set back from the owners home with a nice wooded view. It had everything I needed for my stay. Internet worked great with a decent size tv, full size fridge, electric range and plenty of hot water. I'll be staying here when I'm in town. »

« Very well located for our conference and close to some fun restaurants. We had a few hiccups but the host Michel was very responsive and our issues were dealt with very quickly. Comfortable beds, great shower, onsite laundry was awesome. Basic but really nice to have the extra space and kitchen at a better price than local hotels. »

« I traveled from Vermont to be in town for my son's signing ceremony for his athletic scholarship. I was looking for a comfortable home where I could spend time with my family without having to leave just to be together. This house was great for that. The pool was great, as was the outdoor area. The house itself was comfortable and clean. It was everything we needed, and after a long day of events around town, it was a great place to come back to just to relax. »
