« If anyone in your party has mobility issues this property has stairs and upper and lower levels. Be careful of low ceilings in lower and upper level bedrooms are sloped ceilings. This property is very well stocked except no hair dryer. If you are able bodied it's a very nice place to stay. Thanks »

« Overall met our needs. Happy surprise to have three bedrooms but one has totally open upper ceilings so room noise level is high. Hot tub was nice and location is great. Kitchen could use more mixing bowels and cook wear but overall met our needs. Needs updating and TLC but overall good for family with dogs:) »

« Very clean cabin with the two queen beds being comfortable. It's a ways from town but accessible. The road there is pretty bumpy, normal Alaskan life. Gorgeous views. The kids enjoyed the outhouse experience after all. »

« First of all - the VIEW. We literally gasped! The cabin was spacious, extremely clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture (the beds were FANTASTIC), and they had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a rental. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and they were extremely helpful/ had great local advice. There is a great little walk down to the lake too that we all really enjoyed. If I find myself in this area again I know exactly where I'll be staying! »

« Quin was wonderful to work with. We extended our stay and he just rolled with it. The place is very comfortable with cozy beds. I liked how the morning sun came in the kitchen windows during the cold days. I also enjoyed that it the house is just on the outside of Fairbanks and gives you a country feel. « I wish I could live here for the whole summer. It was very clean. Huge bed. Hot tub was great. There is a small gas grill on one of the decks. I used it almost every day. There is another deck up the spiral staircase where there are more beds. The heat worked great although I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. But that is fine with me. You park your car in a car port so you can get in and out of the house without getting rained on (it rained a lot, but mostly just sprinkles). The...

« Our cruise was cancelled so we flew into Anchorage and booked this home. Gary met us at the door and showed us around. The house was perfect and beautiful. It was about 1 1/2 hrs from Anchorage and 1 hr from Seward. We were able to see sites in Seward and in the area. We would have loved to stay longer but we had other commitments. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking. Gary was very nice and visited a few times as we were leaving. We would definitely stay here again if we find...
