Avant tout je tiens à remercier Monsieur ALI pour son professionnalisme son accueil et son aide à chaque fois qu’on avait besoin d’un service il nous a énormément aidé 🙏 sans oublier tout les employés de l’hôtel toujours souriants discrets réellement on se sentait chez nous😊 Les appartements étaient propres spacieux équipés de tout ce dont nous avons besoin au quotidien deux climatiseurs réglages individuels inclus cuisine équipée lits confortables équipements de qualité et neuf👏👏 Situé dans un quartier qui est proche de la plage 5/7 minutes commerces supermarchés restaurants bars le plus qui nous a plu le calme la nuit surtout qui aimerait profiter pleinement la journée mais se reposer le soir Grand Merci 🙏 et à bientôt

Personnel working in hotel was amazing. Evening receptionist a young guy was really very helpful and polite! Rooms are cleaned daily. Cafe downstairs was also very nice and with pleasant staff working there. We really enjoyed our stay in Comfort Suites.

Godt hotel til prisen
Godt ældre men renoveret hotel. Indcheck er i forbindelse med restaurant så der er et højt lydniveau. Generelt er der et højt lydniveau fra musik samt trafikstøj. God lille lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver. Meget rent på værelset. Flink personale. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Şimdiye kadar gittiğimiz en temiz en aileye uygun kaliteli mekanlardan biriydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Restoran bölümü otelin değerine değer katıyor. İnce kum plajıyla birleştirildiğinde ailem için mükemmel bir tatil oldu diyebilirim.

Fint, rent och någorlunda bra läge. Dock kunde vi höra alla grannar och de kunde säkert höra oss. Svårt att sova på morgonen om grannen och deras barn var vakna. Annars utmärkt. Tycker att städaren var otroligt duktig och hjälpsam.

Отличные апартаменты в центре Аланьи
Отличные апартаменты. Новая сантехника, оборудованная кухня (есть кастрюля, вафельница, стаканы, тарелки и прочее), белое белье, смена полотенец через день, уборка мусора каждый день. (Не хватало только стиральной машинки) Отдыхали с малышом 1год организовали кроватку и стульчик. Расположение замечательное - до пляжа Клеопатры и крепости 10 минут, вокруг много магазинов, до рынка 10 минут (морепродукты, по вторникам свежие овощи и фрукты). На ресепшн сидят отзывчивые люди. Всегда готовы помочь. Внизу ресторан с вкусной пиццей (иногда было лень готовить). Быстрый интернет за доп.плату. Сейф тоже. Цена/качество соответствует. Однозначно рекомендуем. Сначала было слышно минарет, потом не замечали.

Harika bir işletme
4 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Temizlik konusunda aşırı titizlerdi ve her gün odamız temizleniyordu. Otelin aşağısında bulunan restorantın yemekleri çok lezzetliydi, gün içerisinde orada oturmaktan keyif aldık. Umarım böyle güzel ve uygun hizmet vermeye devam ederler😌

Отель на 3-ку. Ночью очень шумно, так как расположен прям на дороге, и рядом в 5 метрах стоят многоквартирные дома. Ночью спать невозможно, от шума кондиционеров, от автомобилей на дороге, + не понятные звуки. Питание очень дорогое. До моря минут 10-15 пешком. Мои ожидания не оправдались.

First thank you for your review. Our hotel is located at a street in the city center. There are good and bad parts about it. Everything is nearby but unfortunately there will be some traffic noise.

Amazing trip to Alanya
I like the apartment in this hotel because it’s clean , big , have all things we need , it’s better than our expectations, just one thing is bad ... the internet is slow and needs to connect again every 30 minutes, the location is so nice close to the restaurants , cafes , the attractions in Alanya and shopping, I’ll come again .

Marmaris'te 6 gecelik berbat balayı tatilimizden dönüşte, yolu ikiye bölmek için 1 gece konakladık burada ve bu bir gece eve mutlu dönmemizi sağladı. Temizlik ve oda boyutu harikaydı. Biz sadece uyumak için kullandık ama mutfak çok kullanışlıydı. Otelin altında lobiyle iç içe olan Cafe Local inanılmaz keyifliydi, yemekler ve içekler lezzetliydi. Personelde çok yardımcı oldu. Hem otelin hem cafenin fiyatları çok uygundu

Alanya bölgesinde merkeze yakın, temiz ve özellikle yeni dekore edilmiş odalarda kalmak istiyorsanız, en doğru adreslerden biri olarak değerlendirebilirsiniz. Personelin güler yüzlülüğü ve yardım severliği hemen dikkat çekmektedir. 2 aile olarak gerçekleştirdiğimiz konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Ekibinize çok teşekkür ederim.

Very nice place
It was very nice. We booked the room one day before check-in. The lady replied fast. We were arriving early in the morning and she gladly prepared our room the day before, so that we can check-in earlier. It was very nice of her :) The room was nice and clean. AC worked well, and each day rooms were cleaned. And they have very nice Europian coffee downstairs. We were very happy. In general we are very satisfied with the place. And the price is good too Thank you for a good vacation

The choice of shower-heads in the bathroom set (1 rainfall shower-head and 1 pan-handle movable shower-head) may be too complicated and not installed correctly. Shower water which should be dispensed in the centre seeps out on the sides, of both heads. Fortunately a shower-head can be taken apart and reassembled, so the issue is easily correctable. But the parts may be too complicated for assembly. Other than that, the location is actually quite convenient. The aparthotel style (i.e. has a living room sofa, a kitchen with stove-tops and a small table upon which to eat) furnishings are in near-mint condition. Cooked foods, supermarkets, even the local dolmus are nearby.

Alanya tatilim süresince bir arkadaşımızın tavsiyesiyle Comfort Suites otelde konakladık. Otel bizim beklentimizin de üzerindeydi. Herşeyden önce konumu çok merkeziydi. Odalarımız çok temizdi; çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Aşağısında otele ait olan cafe bizim için çok büyük şans oldu, hem çocuklara hem de bize hitap edebilecek bir menüsü vardı ve kahvaltısı da süperdi. Akşam ve öğle yemekleri de çok lezzetliydi ve fiyatları da oldukça uygundu. Sık sık geldiğimiz için Alanya’ya, böyle bir otelin açılmış olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Artık gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabileceğimiz bir yerimiz oldu Alanya’da.
