I didn't like that my room wasn't very clean. I found used toilet paper thrown in the shower. Absolutely gross! Also cigarette burns on the top blanket of one if the beds. Also, i wasn't giving a key to my room. There wasn't a key, so the employee had to open my room anytime i needed to get into my room. That was a inconvenience.

Es ist eine dreckige Absteige. Wir sind zu dritt gereist. Es gab insgesamt nur 2 Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es keine mehr gibt. Dazu kommt, dass unser Zimmer extrem nach Grass/Rauch gestunken hat. Auf beiden Betten waren viele Hundehaare. Einfach widerlich. Das Internet funktionierte auch nicht. Auch da wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie den Router neu starten müssten, was nicht möglich war oder zu viele Leute, das Internet benutzen. auch wenn die Mädels am Empfang freundlich waren. Reicht das leider nicht aus.

Very friendly staff. Love the kitchenette & large fridge. Wish they’d have some dish liquid for the sink. Should have more hand & face towels. Overall it’s an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!.

The staff said the property was fully booked and could not provide any additional pillows (only one pillow per person). That was very unfortunate. Room was very small but functional and it was nice to have a working kitchen IF I needed it. The staff was very very nice and apologetic that they couldn’t do more to help with the pillow situation. Other guests were loud and some were even barbecuing on the outdoor walkway near our room which was concerning. You get what you paid for here, but for a night or just a bed to sleep in, it was okay.

The Room I Booked Was Not Clean Someone Forgot To Clean It I Was Told To Wait 15 Minutes And It Will Be Clean Over 2 Hours Later It Was Done At 11pm Smelling Real Bad With Pet Hair Every where Worst Night At A Hotel Ever. Lots Of Apologies But That Does Not Take Care Of My Problem. Hope They Resolve Their Staff Issues.

The room was very dirty. Someone had occupied it and it was not cleaned. There were underwear thrown on the floor and a strong pot smell. To date the hotel has not refunded my payment.

Uncomfortable bed, cold room, go elsewhere
We booked the room thru Expedia. We requested a queen bed, but got a full bed. The rug in our room was filthy. The bed was clean, but very umcomfortable. The room was small. I would never stay here again.

We weren’t too thrilled about the noise outside after 10pm and the bed was not comfortable. People were nice and it was clean.

My non-smoking room reeked and the pillows also smelled of smoke. The staff was great, but this property needs a serious refresh. Also, the wi-fi in my end of the building was unusable.
