« Checking in was easy. Parking is $35 upon arrival. Apartment was cute and clean. Construction is next door. There are slight views of the ocean ...the high rise next door has construction from 8 am to 5 pm daily. Didn't bug us since we werent in the room during the day. Great little place for a weekend escape! »

The apartment was very clean with a direct view of the pool and a 5 min walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of stores and restaurants within 20min to explore. « The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping. »

« The property itself was great, but the room that we got was sadly not so great. Although it was clean, there were some issues. The AC was not great we had all 3 fans and the window unit on and still was very warm, our bed felt like we were just sleeping on a pallet made on the floor, the water pressure in the shower was mid and our door code never worked, we had to call the company and ask for a new code to the door and it took 3 different codes before they found one that could get us into the...

« The property is just as described. The pier was great to relax on and do a little fishing. I only caught small bait fish, but I didn't put too much effort into it. The drive to the beach is short, and if you ride your bicycle it's less than a mile. It was clean, quiet and relaxing overall. I would stay again. »

« The overall stay was pretty good. The day we checked in, it was raining. There were ceiling leaks by the elevators and in the hallway to our condo. The floor in the condo was sandy. We swept it and contained our sand to the entryway. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had trouble getting the TV to turn on even after having help over the phone. They sent the maintenance the next morning while we were out for breakfast. After that, we had TV service. I would recommend this facility...
