L’hôtel est très bien tenu. Les mesures de distanciations sont bien respectées. Il y a peu de monde dans l’hôtel alors tout n’est pas ouvert. Les personnels est très accueillant.

L’hotel En lui même est très bien placé, superbe plage. Mais s’agissant du service ce n’est pas parfait. J’avas Laisse l’empreinte de ma carte bleu à la reception afin de régler mes dépenses à la fin de mon séjour comme nous le faisons à chaque fois. Et bien ils ont insisté pour me facturer au fur et à mesure. Aucun service supplémentaire ne m’a été proposé, visiter l’hotel...

Magnifique hotel idéalement situé
Vacances en octobre. Meteo idéale (38 degrés). 3 grandes piscines + 1 pour les enfants, jolie plage. Il y a un hotel en construction à côté mais qui ne donne pas de nuisance (pas de bruits). L'hôtel est situé à 5 min d'un centre commercial où l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants et un supermarché (navette gratuite depuis l'hôtel) et à environ 50 min de dubai (excursion proposée). Restaurant Vespa de l'hôtel très bon mais un peu cher (60€ pour 2 pers en ayant pris que 1 plat).

Not a 4-5 star hotel
The hotel is okay if you are just looking for a cheap getaway, but from a 4-5 star hotel I expected better things. The quality and choice of food and drink was really poor. If I had known then I wouldn’t have paid for all inclusive as it was a massive waste of money. All the bars and entertainment close early too which was disappointing. It wasn’t dirty but I wouldn’t say the hotel was entirely clean either. Table service is slow at all food times and plates/cutlery still wet and felt unhygienic.

the hotel is huge and nice to stay in, my only feedback was regarding the breakfast as it was not as it should be! the pool temperatures was controlled while the water at the kids water park was extremally cold!

Great property for families and kids while retaining adult only areas for guests who don’t come with kids. Good sized rooms, excellent staff and plenty of activities for everyone. This resort is my and my family’s top 2 destinations in UAE. However, there are a few small issues that I noticed. I got the impression that some (very few) facilities are struggling due to their age and with the huge influx of guests. Toilets near the pool and Pirate ship splash pad were clogged one day. Splash pad showed signs of wear and tear. Kids club has limited options and also needs a refresh. Breakfast options for vegetarians was limited. But these are very small issues and overall the resort facilities and staff are amazing, among the best I have experienced in UAE. Highly recommended!

The property is outdated and few amenities inside the rooms. Our bidet in our room is rusty and we are so scared to use it. The TV was an outdated one, the air conditioning was too noisy as well. Didn’t sleep well and the pillows in our room are not that good it flattens all the time. The buffet if you are on a all inclusive has fewer selections, same set of appetizers everyday no fruits such as blueberries, and other berries. Better to choose the ultra inclusive which u can eat everything. I was so totally disappointed since it was our first time here. It did not met my expectations at all since it was nice on the picture.

Large resort with good family options
A big resort with lots of beachfront and plenty to keep the kids occupied. Rooms are okay with good space and all the basics. However the Hilton TV system is terrible and when it actually loaded we were unable to connect any devices to it from the built-in Hilton menu. If you've got a Samsung TV remote at home, bring it with you and simply use the Screen Mirroring built into the actual TV OS. Each night we had to register with the front desk about noise complaints for the guests upstairs and although this can happen anywhere, a good hotel knows how to respond quickly to resolve the situation for guests. Here we had no luck and the front desk didn't do anything and was very disappointing. So lots of good with the trip, but unfortunately lots of bad and wouldn't stay there again (given so many competing options next door and nearby).

Les points forts : Propreté, personnel et service, équipements et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
Flott hotell, fin utsikt og de mest hyggelig ansatte..Fine basseng, og fin strand. Mange aktiviteter for barn. Litt begrensede spisemuligheter, det er langt til sentrum og andre restauranter. Prisene på mat og drikke på hotellet er skyhøye, så all inclusive er å anbefale.
