The front desk employees were supposed to investigate and report to us in the same day. Nothing was done and general manager further follow-up was "As I stated to you previously, at the time that you had the problem with the stain on your linen, I was on vacation. I did not inspect your linen; therefore, I cannot definitively tell you what was on the sheet."...
