« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« The grounds of the property are under major construction with big piles of dirt everywhere, construction cones everywhere. Hard to walk with a stroller to get to the side walk to reach attractions because of it. The property on Expedia advertised that breakfast was included with my room. Hotel desk staff said it’s not.rugs are very outdated. I reached out to hotel about this and zero response. I wouldn’t stay again. »

« The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...

« Gorgeous property. Felt like an oasis in the center pool area. Delicious breakfast each morning. We enjoyed pina coladas and tacos from the beachfront bar. »

« Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊 »
