Nice stay with our two dogs. Close to Walmart, Macdonald….. room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and hot breakfast was good. People in Aberdeen nice but holy moly there is a lot of homeless people in the area. It’s sad to see and the community is run down.

Just one thing for us elders, I would like a small night light in case we need to get up at night without turning a light on and waking someone up. I thought the breakfasts were good and I liked that there was a variety of fresh fruits. My husband enjoyed using the latte machine.

Michael I'm so sorry our rooms are double checked by a head housekeeper, and I will defiantly be bringing this to her attention this is not the type of service we strive to provide.

Great customer service, amazing staff, hot tub was hot (been to way too many hotels with cold hot tubs, so this was a major plus for us) and breakfast was yummy! Will definitely return!

Every staff member that i interacted with was amazing and went above and beyond! I wish i could remember the ladies name who checked us in and was there all weekend she was the sweetest and most kind person. We will be back to stay!!

The pool was not heated …there was no hot water in the room either or decent water pressure... We booked here specifically to go swimming so the stay was a complete waste of money. Do not recommend this hotel. You would better off staying in a nice hotel 30minutes

Sorry there was an issue, we had no other complaints about hot water and the pool is heated between 74-76. Have a wonderful day

The fact that I didn’t have to go all the way out to Ocean Shores to get room for a few nights in order to visit our son who lives in Hoquiam. We have always gone on out to Ocean Shores in the past. This room was nicer, smelled fresher cleaner than out at the Ocean. I will be back

Best Western - Aberdeen, WA - Best place to stay!
Have stayed here many times and it is the only clean, warm and welcoming place to stay in town that has a lobby and indoor entrance. Safe & kid friendly. Pets are welcome too, but I think you need to arrange that in advance... Always clean, staff always friendly, food is basic, but fresh. Elevator great, especially for my Dad who cannot do stairs anymore. Pool and hot tub always ready to go. Right in the middle of shopping & food. Not a far walk to downtown either. Everything you see on the website is exactly how it is. The only place I stay in Aberdeen ,WA

This place was updated, clean and nice. I am picky when it comes to hotels and this place was good. It's Aberdeen, the whole town is a little sketchy.

Bed had hairs on the sheets. Parking lot had drug users shooting up & smoking pot. I felt unsafe walking from my car to the door as well as leaving my vehicle overnight. Not worth the money I paid to feel this unsafe. Blake

We monitor our property not only by surveillance as well walk throughs and do not tolerate trespassing of any kind. This is an issue facing our country as a whole. Our property is very safe sorry you felt that way.

Clearly the nicest property in Aberdeen. The inside was modern, well maintained and clean with the exception of a few buttons on the elevator out of place and a couple hairs on the wall above the shower. The staff was friendly and let us know everything about the property when we checked in. The room itself was spacious and we got a room overlooking the river. You could hear the traffic noise, so consider this if you are a light sleeper.
