« J'ai payé 75AU$ sur le site hotel.com pour un petit dejeuner qui est facturé 35AU$ sur place! J'ai réclamé aupres de l'hotel qui m'a renvoyé vers Hotel.com. Ceux ci m'ont bien confirmé que c'était l'hotel qui fixait ses prix directement sur la plateforme. L'hotel n'a donc pas été honnete avec moi. je n'ai pas apprécié du tout cela, car c'est un bel hotel de standing. Pas acceptable! »

« We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul. Thank you North Star! »
