« The hotel is rather new and this should be good news but the comfort is not to the level : - I had a room with mosquitoes. I asked on the second day to spray an insect killer but in the evening, the mosquitoes were all there. They forgot. - the sound isolation is very poor despite of being a new building. I could hear my neighbours on the phone and almost catch what they were saying - they gave me a room next to the technical lift which was bringing workers to the upper floor where works are...

« I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money. »

« I liked everything, the check in was fast. Food was very good, some excellent. Room was clean good. Only thing I would say is the bed mattress could have been a little harder. As I have bad back, some people do need a mattress that does not sink. »
