"Ballyvaughn is a very small town, with a number of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Plus the pier on the bay made for memorable evening walks. The hotel’s pub was fun. During the week local folks come in and play music. It seemed to be something they do for their own enjoyment rather than something done for tourists which made the experience great. The hotel’s breakfast was great too, I recommend the eggs benedict!"

"Recently stayed here with my husband, infant son and my parents. We opted to stay in this apartment over a hotel so we could all be together in the one space. The location is amazing, views from the apartment are beautiful and the balcony to sit and have tea/coffee on a nice day was a great. The space was clean, but very basic and a lot of street noise off the front bedroom. I would recommend it to friends / couples traveling who are just looking for a place to sleep. "Wonderful location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant- food was great and staff were excellent. Especially Adrian made the most delicious cocktail and was kind enough to write down the recipe. Easy drive to Cliffs of Moher. Local pub was great for an afternoon drink. "
