« I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive.
During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour.
However, my biggest concern is the early morning noise. For three consecutive days, loud local music started at around 5:50 a.m. This seriously affected my sleep,...

« First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating...
