"This is our second time staying in this hotel, and i have to say it was disappointing, the hotel was undergoing some renovation, i am not sure if this is the reason for the poor experience. The room's floor was dirty and had big stain in the middle. They offer room cleaning but it did not seemed like it was hoovered trough our stay, we stayed for 4 nights. "Poor facilities. Room on 4th floor and lift was unservicable meaning a very long climb with 3 peoples baggage. Room very small for 3 people, smell of drains. Aircon not working meaning poor ventilation. Allevated by having window open but as hotel backed onto railway line meant either no sleep from constant noise or suffocation from lack of ventilation. "Hotel was fine, clean enough and had everything I needed. But I stayed over a few hot days, lack of AC meant leaving the windows open. This meant my room smelt like cigarettes from the restaurant below and there's no chance of sleeping before 11 because of the loud people."
