Cette soupe scandinave nous a accompagn\u00e9s, r\u00e9chauff\u00e9s et redonn\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie pendant notre voyage dans le Grand Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Pour vous situer un peu l&#8217;ambiance, imaginez un village de carte postale, des maisons color\u00e9es en bois, un clocher et les toits recouverts de neige. Vous parcourez les rues de ce charmant village sur un spark, un croisement entre une trottinette et une luge et soudain votre estomac manifeste quelques signes d&#8217;impatience&#8230; Vous pouvez tenter le flatbr\u00f8d \u00e0 la viande de renne (c&#8217;est bon mais c&#8217;est froid) ou vous r\u00e9chauffer avec une soupe.   <br \/>D\u00e9guster cette soupe aujourd&#8217;hui c&#8217;est fermer les yeux et voir des \u00e9tendues de for\u00eats enneig\u00e9es, des rennes et des aurores bor\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entr\u00e9e pour 4 personnes<\/strong><br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Un pav\u00e9 de saumon (env. 200gr)<br \/>&#8211; 4 pommes de terre<br \/>&#8211; 100g de c\u00e9leri rave<br \/>&#8211; 1 oignon<br \/>&#8211; Une noix de beurre<br \/>&#8211; 300 ml de bouillon de poisson (facultatif)<br \/>&#8211; 200ml de jus de pomme sans sucre ajout\u00e9<br \/>&#8211; 200ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de graines de fenouil<br \/>&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine de ma\u00efs (ou f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre)<br \/>&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br \/>&#8211; 4 brins d&#8217;aneth<br \/>&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<figure class='defer-image' data-markdown='1'>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/a.travel-assets.com\/findyours-php\/viewfinder\/images\/res40\/106000\/106846.jpg\" alt=\"recette-mapandfork.jpg\" \/><figcaption>Recette de la soupe de saumon de R\u00f8ros en Norv\u00e8ge <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>La veille, saler le saumon et le laisser au frigo toute la nuit, il d\u00e9veloppera ainsi toute sa saveur. Le jour J, couper les pommes de terre, le c\u00e9leri et le saumon en d\u00e9s. Emincer l&#8217;oignon. Verser un filet d&#8217;huile sur les d\u00e9s de saumon et les passer au four pendant environ 10 minutes \u00e0 125\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre puis faire revenir l&#8217;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 avant d&#8217;ajouter les d\u00e9s de pommes de terre et de c\u00e9leri. Ajouter le bouillon de poisson. Avant que les l\u00e9gumes ne dorent, ajouter le jus de pomme, la cr\u00e8me et le fenouil et laisser cuire pendant 20 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Verser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine de ma\u00efs (ou f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre) et \u00e9ventuellement de l&#8217;eau. Ajuster le sel et le poivre en fonction de vos go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la soupe dans des assiettes et y ajouter les d\u00e9s de saumon et l&#8217;aneth.<\/p>\n<p>Option : pour ne pas utiliser de bouillon de poisson industriel et parce qu&#8217;on n&#8217;a pas forc\u00e9ment un bouillon \u00e0 disposition, on peut simplifier la recette en faisant cuire le saumon avec la soupe. Il suffit d&#8217;ajouter le saumon 10 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson et de remplacer le bouillon par de l&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Astuce<\/strong><br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>Difficile de rater cette recette mais il faut penser \u00e0 tamiser la farine de ma\u00efs (ou la f\u00e9cule) pour \u00e9viter la formation de grumeaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des bonnes adresses gourmandes \u00e0 R\u00f8ros en Norv\u00e8ge<\/strong><br \/>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Berkel og Bar<\/strong> : restaurant o\u00f9 le chef Mickael Forselius vous propose des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s locales authentiques, sans chichis mais avec amour des produits.
