Dear Anonymous Thank you for your feedback but as you have elected to write anonymously, how can we address any perceived issues. All TV's that we hire were purchased late last year and all have wireless, bluetooth and ethernet technology. They are Netflix capable and more along with foxtel. We do not supply a stereo in the apartment not not sure where that comment is coming from. If a bed has a crack in it, would like to know more details so we can rectify that. We have a mix or renovated and unrenovated apartments/bathrooms but I can assure you they are presented well and clean. Sorry if you feel that your expectations were not met but we can't rectify on anonymous reviews as we have no idea what apartment you were in. Regards Mari Court Resort

Hello Alex We are systemically getting owners to renovate their apartments. They are individually appointed by the owners but all the beds are hotel grade mattresses and yes they all have springs. I checked and discovered that your apartment is actually one of the improved apartments so perhaps you were expecting 5 star accommodation for payment at 3.5 star price. WiFi is issued at check-in and when you checked in it was given to you. The WiFi works fantastically well here at Mari Court with nobody else having issues. Each guest is given 512mb /day complimentary so if you could not connect then it related to the fact that you had used more than your share or perhaps you were technically challenged with the insertion of the username and password. Sometimes, the issues relates to faulty owner equipment as well. The WiFi continues to work well here at Mari Court. Regards Mari Court Resort

You stayed months ago. Now you provide a review????? I am sorry Peter but your comments are so off target and in accurate its not funny. We went out of our way to replace the TV and the Fox box and explained how it works. Pity you were challenged in your ability to operate the equipment. Twice we found the TV mounted in the bathroom which the technician suspected stopped working because it was placed in a steamy wet area. We had issues with you from the start, you just expected so much more than what you paid for. As it was you were in one of the beautifully renovated apartments. Typical, paid peanuts for 3.5 star accommodation and expected 5 to 6 star. You fail to mention all the good hings about the place and rate us as one. If we could rate guests, we give you a Zero. Dear Batman (Sorry to see you use a fictitious name) Thank you for your stay at Mari Court. As you have written under an alias, I have no way of knowing when and in what apartment you stayed. It would be nice for management and staff to be able to address these issues, if they are a concern, but without knowing the unit, we cannot do that. I must say, the majority of guests and reviewers do not concur with your assessment. You assessment of cleanliness relates to age. One cannot clean away old. The units are individually owned and individually furbished to the owners taste and budget. Knowing the apartments, I cannot concur with your assessment. All 3 bedroom apartments and very modestly priced and sleep up to 7 people. Not sure what you expected at such a ridiculously cheap price. I think you wanted 5 star accommodation at 3.5 star pricing. It is a non-smoking resort and no-one smokes in the Reception area which has just been newly renovated. You comment that reception smelt of smoke is false.
