Hotel room floor and surfaces were dusty/dirty, seems the minimum taken to up keep the cleanliness off the rooms. The towels provided were fewer (only two full sized towels which made occupancy with two adults and one kid difficult. Breakfast location is very cramped. Non dairy creamer cups were clumped, the breakfast staff explained the package was new. Location was convenient, restaurants within walking distance. check in and checkout was easy. Staff were overall helpful.

We just stayed one night. We only interacted with one staffer, who was friendly and advised about a nearby restaurant we ended up eating at. Room was clean and breakfast was good. We felt it was a good deal.

The pictures make this hotel look much better than it actually is. In the hallway leading to my room, there was a mix of smells between dog, cat, and weed. There was also a dog barking every few hours, with nothing being done to make it stop. There were also police leaving the property upon my arrival, and people hanging out in the parking lot for no reason (not guests). The rooms may have been recently renovated, but the paint is already chipping and things in the room were broken/falling apart. The microwave didn’t work properly, the shower head wasn’t fully attached to the wall, and the fire sprinkler was sticking out of the ceiling - I’m no inspector, but it was almost definitely a safety violation.

Sheets were stained and itchy. Place was old and it smells. We stayed here since the Sleep inn, in buffalo Ny was clean and fine. The price was cheaper but disappointed with how the condition of the hotel was.

Too loud. Killed a spider going into my room and sheets had stains. I could hear everything. Someone’s alarm in another room went of and woke me up at 3 am. Also smelled like animal in the hallways.

The front desk and housekeeping were very nice and responsive. The hotel itself was in poor condition and old. There was an almost constant smell of weed. There were barking dogs inside the hotel. Apparently they're pet friendly. It was quiet when we slept, so that's a plus. It we hadn't prepaid, we'd have gone elsewhere. I don't recommend it.

The rugs in the rooms are dirty. I wore brand new light-coloured socks, walked across the room a half dozen times and the socks were filthy. The toilets are children's toilet that are extremely low to the floor so anyone who has mobility issues may find them difficult to use without hand rails. Rooms are small. The included breakfast is terrible - most of it prepackaged vendor-style food that was disgusting. The coffee tasted like dishwater and not drinkable. There are not enough chairs and tables for the number of guests. There is no consideration given to making the breakfast served and how it is served environmentally friendly. All plastic and disposable utensils and dishes. Shameful. The TV in the breakfast area is on FOX (so-called) News which was offensive and full of lies and misinformation that not all travellers find acceptable. I suppose the place is okay for a one-night stay, but not more.

I was very disappointed! Me and my daughter stayed her after driving a long time, as a stop on our road trip!! We did not checkin until after midnight and were going back on the road by checkout. The smell, i beleive may have been a mix of cleaner and smoke which was very off putting. Please don't advertise "getting a good night sleep" which was far from what i got. We were in a room next to a family who was having a sleep over with a bunch a children and was woken up by 7am to screaming and yelling that did not stop even after knocking on the shared door at 730am, even after an adult male was yelling at them to be quiet. Luckily, my daughter was so tired she slept right throw it. I was exhausted when we had to leave.

The bathroom shower area could have been more clean. The staff quiet response to customer service need was exceptional. Hearing the dog barking was a little unsettling especially when one guest brought his dog in the dining area. Overall it was okay. Yes I would return this this location.

The entire building smelled bad. The halls smelled like stale smoke and our room smelled of orange cleaning products trying to mask the smell. The arm chair in the room was so worn and dirty looking that we didn't want to sit in it. The floors in the elevator were sticky. Front desk staff were super!!
