lit confortable, mais c'est tout. Pas de Wifi dans la chambre (39), odeur désagréable dans la (très ancienne) salle de bain, on entend ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, pour ce prix c'est très décevant.

Hôtel bien situé. L’ extérieur de l’hôtel est très bien aménagé. Par contre, l'intérieur a vraiment besoin d’être rafraichi. Le tapis de la chambre était vieux, le plancher de la salle de bain ne semblait pas propre. Pas d’air climatisé et il faisait très chaud.

Staff was accommodating and professional. There was no business office to get boarding pass and I had to work with a KLM agent which took hours. Food: terrible dinner-undercooked pasta with watery butternut squash and stringy broccoli for $30 pounds. Unfortunate, as the nearest restaurant was inconvenient on a windy, rainy night. The hotel was great and I’d stay again- just not eat there.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had onsite parking only downfall was it was £12.50 per day which was abit disappointing as I thought it would be included in the price and I wasn’t made aware until an email two days before going. They had two car chargers though which was helpful for us as we travelled by EV. Breakfast was ok I didn’t really like my omelette it was over cooked and the rooms in truth were abit tired but were very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all good value for money and a short walk to the town centre.

Property was very close to town centre and could walk easily to everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was delicious, but the room service menu was not the same as the one offered on the menus in room. The bed was also up against the window with the curtains dangling just above the bed which made the one side quite cold.

Fawlty Towers Breakfast Service
Moved to this hotel on the morning of our visit to York due to flooding blocking the access to our original hotel. Put in a Comfy room which was less than half the size of our original booked room and thus very small. Breakfast was very poor with waiting a long time to order a drink and not having any sausage on the plate once it finally arrived. No staff in the area to complain.

Thoroughly recommend
Great hotel in a brilliant location. Very friendly staff and car parking. The room was lovely, with added touches including gown, slippers, water etc Lovely white fluffy towels and very modern bathroom. The only small downside is that it was tiny and compact. The shower felt small and sitting on the toilet was tight fitting.

Great hotel
The stay was great and the room was very clean. However there had been a problem with a new heating system and the room was freezing. They did try and fix it but couldn’t. They did offer another room but it was late by this point and we couldn’t be bothered to pack up and move so they gave us another duvet. In the morning the manager did apologise to us and refunded our car park fee and offered us a free nights stay as compensation. We have stayed here many times before and would definitely stay again
