This is the trade off when it’s cheap. I stayed again in this hotel within 6 month. This time it’s for 2 weeks, everything has happened - forgot my breakfast order the first morning - asked me to change room at 11PM because their hot water pipe has broken - new room is smaller and cranky and it smells - AC stopped working after a week so the room is like 26°C after shower, I had the WORSE sleep. And their explanation is that they keep the central AC at 24° after the temp drops below certain degree but comm it’s a tropical city how cold can it be?

The Hotel has free airport shuttle and an awesome lunch buffet. Staff is super friendly but most of them don’t speak English so communication can be difficult. We had a great time over all.

The service was absolutely the best. The attitude of the personnel from bottom to top was among the best I've seen. The place was very clean and we'll kept. I'll definitely stay there again!

BUSINESSTRIP
I stay here all the time. The service changes from day to day. Food is better if you are in the new building or the connecting building. The remote buildings have a smaller kitchen and only offer limited of food, usually cold. Beds are FIRM / HARD. Pillows are wonderful. I lay on them for my back. Utilities are good, internet can be tricky. Holidays are not quiet, usually weddings, or other events. Overall, good review. I've tried others.

Close to airport; nice property - allows you to wander the grounds and get some 'leg stretching' if you would like. I personally like the pool area, although I wonder why there's no proper gym, as in most hotels these days there's a fully updated gym. It's a nice place to stay - I'd say a solid 3.5 stars to 4 stars at the highest (for the 7 story place), but for the price it's above value. I've been staying here for over 15 years when it's gone through different ownership and pretty much consistent attention.

Hotels need free airport pick-up and drop-off services booked in advance. Apart from the indoor thermostatic spa swimming pool, the hotel also has a newly decorated gymnasium, which is free for guests. Looking forward to your next staying.^_^

The staff was very accommodating and let us check in early!! The fruit in the room was a nice gesture. The water massage therapy pool is AMAZING...wish we would've checked it out earlier. The shuttle back to airport was full and we used all of our yuan on snacks...so the Manager of hotel arranged for one of her drivers to take us..so thoughtful. Wish we can bring the 5 star level of service back to USA. We will definitely stay here again and even recommended the hotel to a few friends.

環境漂亮也維持得很好，雖然是廈門第一個五星級酒店，但沒有陳舊的感覺。服務態度很積極，不管是入住時或是用餐的體驗都很好，早餐內容也很不錯，有機會會再入住~ 有個小問題是枕頭 有點味道，其他都很好

모든 점에 있어 만족입니다.
공항 픽업 서비스가 좋았어요. 호텔에서 관광지까지 택시를 이용했는데 택시비도 저렴했고 호텔에서 직접 불러 주었기 때문에 바가지 요금도 없었고 기사님들도 친절했어요. 룸 청소도 잘해 주시고 가격대비 가성비가 너무 좋았어요. 아침 조식도 좋았고 모든 부분에서 만족입니다.

Upgraded the room at own cost. The upgraded room is fantastic. The hotel staff are generally very good. A little complaint about the wake-up call, which was 22 minutes late.
