Superb, Wonderful, Luxurious!!!
Wonderful stay at East House! Overall perfect .. great location as in walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and great for local walks. Stunning property.. rooms were luxurious and the breakfast was truly delicious 😋 Extremely friendly and made you feel so much at home!

"Beautiful Broadway"
Had a lovely couple of days just before we came home to lockdown, it was just what we needed. Broadway is a lovely village, with a few restaurants and shops and places of interest. We arrived on our wedding anniversary and was treated to a glass of fizz and relaxed in front of the fire. Our hosts were wonderful and was full of information. Sad to leave but will go back soon.

5 STAR ESTABLISHMENT
Absolutely first class, the hotel is spotless, and very well furnished, the hosts Andrew and Lauren are very nice people who go out of there way ro help you in any way, the food was top notch with a lovely varied breakfast, the ambience is excellent there is a decanter of port, whisky, and another drink for you to help yourself, a very nice touch, all in all a superb 2 night stay and we will definataly stay there again.

East Houseは、マナーハウスに近い高級Ｂ＆Ｂといった感じです。オーナーのLaurenとAndrewが暖かく迎えてくれ、まずはウェルカムシャンパンをサービスしてくれました。室内は綺麗なカーペットが敷かれ、ステキな家具調度類があちらこちらに置かれています。私たちが滞在した部屋は、おそらく二つの部屋を合体したと思える広さで、立派な天蓋付きのベッドがあるなど、とてもゴージャスな部屋でした。また、宿泊した部屋や、共用の居間（二つある）には、ポルトー、シェリー、ウイスキーが自由に飲めるように提供されているなど、ゲストがリラックスして過ごせるような配慮が感じられました。オーナーのご夫婦はとてもフレンドリーで、夕食の予約や観光のアドバイス等を快くサポートしてくれたほか、朝食時に私たちを他の宿泊客に紹介してくれるなど、ゲストに対する心配りが素晴らしい方々でした。コツウォルド観光の目玉の一つとして是非お勧めしたい宿泊施設です。

East House - an oasis of calm and a luxurious B&B.
In a beautifully scenic town in an equally scenic part of England, East House offers a superb B&B experience that exceeds some 5-star hotels. Aside from being in fantastic condition and wonderfully furnished (not just the bedrooms) , Andrew and Lauren make all their guests very welcome into their home and ensure you have a truly great experience while staying under their roof. Andrew's breakfasts are a thing to behold and set you up for the day. But they are truly caring hosts. My only regret was I didn't stay for longer. In 40+ years of global travel I have been very sparing in my praise of hotels and accommodation generally, but this experience absolutely merits 5 stars.

Lauren and Andrew were very welcoming, and the breakfasts were the excellent. They have put a lot of thought into creating a warm and relaxing environment with that extra special touch. Would highly recommend staying there.

A truly fabulous B&B in Broadway. Now we have found it, would not stay anywhere else in the Cotswolds. Friendly hosts, scrumptious breakfast, elegant rooms.

Wonderful B&B in the Cotswolds.
The home was beautiful and owners and staff very friendly and helpful. The town (Broadway) is the most beautiful in the Cotswolds.

Luxurious and beautiful B&B
Being a newly wed couple, we decided to visit the Cotswolds for the bank holiday weekend and so stayed at East House in Broadway. I wanted somewhere luxurious and intimate, and East House fit the bill perfectly! Lauren and her husband were lovely, very welcoming and hospitable. The Edwardian room we stayed in is very beautiful and comfortable, with beautiful furnishings and high quality interiors, as is the rest of the house. Breakfast was great, hearty and filling! The house is in a great location, being only 10 mins walk from the village centre and easy to walk up to Broadway tower. Broadway itself was very convenient for visiting Stratford upon Avon and other Cotswold locations. Loved staying here and would throughly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for more! Great hosts, a fantastic and friendly welcome, wonderful accommodation and a log burner to warm us on our return from a walk around (a slightly soggy) Broadway. Lauren's tips on the local restaurants meant we had great meals both nights - tables booked for us of course - as well as Andrew's first-class breakfast. Now to check the diary to see when we can go back....

Can't wait to return
A warm friendly welcome (with champagne) to a beautiful house which felt more like a home than a guest house. We stayed in the Jacobean Suite which was very comfortable & beautifully furnished. We wanted to take the four poster bed home. Unlike even some of the most expensive hotels we've stayed in the shower had great water pressure & there was a lovely deep bath. Breakfasts were delicious & it is only a short walk down the very pretty High Street to plenty of good hotels & restaurants for an evening meal. Hope to return soon.

A stunning B&B - Cant wait to go again!
My girlfriend and I stayed at East House for the Easter break, absolutely loved it. Andrew and Lauren are great hosts, straight away sat us down by a lovely fireplace with a glass of champagne, both extremely easy to talk to and make you feel very welcome and like old friends. We went completely un-prepared really, no itinerary and no plans of what to do! But don’t fear, Lauren knows everything and had us sorted for the whole weekend and sent us to all the best places for sure. We stayed in the Jacobean suite and really didn’t want to leave it! Massive four poster bed which was extremely comfortable, the bedroom has a small lounge area which was great for me while waiting for the Girlfriend to get ready! The bathroom is great with a BIG bath! All extremely clean as was the entire house. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from and very tasty. The added extra of complimentary whisky, port and more was a great bonus. There are so many great things to say about East House but wouldn’t want to spoil it for when you try it out for yourself. We will definitely be making it an Easter break tradition. Thank you East House.

Appreciated the email from Lauren pre arrival regarding choices of restaurants and bookings.Very hospitable and relaxing. Stayed in Jacobean suite--very comfortable--perhaps side table for kettle would be helpful. Excellent location for Broadway and exploring Cotswolds. We would highly recommend

We were fortunate enough to experience a stay at this award winning (Best Accomodation in England), 5-Star B & B . From the warm personal greeting and glass of champagne when we arrived, to the classic decor and picturesque surroundings, we enjoyed it all. For our anniversary treat, it truly was the perfect room, in the perfect house, in the perfect place in the English countryside. All of it created by the perfect hostess Lauren, with so many special touches! Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. When we told her we wanted to drive around the countryside, Lauren had a map for just that purpose. Lauren, thank you for making us feel so special!
