Although the place was beautiful and the location was great, our kids couldnt swim in the pool because there was a college party in there. The hot tub had a capacity of 11, there were about 20 people in there. The pool was over capacity as well. When i brought it up to the front desk they said quiet time was 11. We also had 3 rooms, two right next to us and 1 right across from us that had dogs barking very loudly almost all night. We told tje front desk, yet it continued all day and night for two days.

It was nice that this place is pet friendly. With us having 2 babies and 2 dogs, this place made our trip easier! The rooms are nicely stocked for towels and soaps with its own balcony as well. My husband and I enjoyed taking our kids to the indoor pool. It has an adult and child slide plus a fountain! Our 1 1/2 year old had such a great time in the pool. I will say that it was difficult getting in touch with the front desk by phone; there were several times that I tried to call with no answer. Also, we came after a big snow so the plowing wasn’t the best in the parking lot in some areas.

Everybody is nice and friendly. The hot tub you can tell is kept up the water is clean it’s the second time this year I’ve stayed there. My only thing is the beds are a little hard so the second time I brought up pillow topper to put on top. I have a lot of arthritis so the beds have to be soft. It is on the lake they have kayaks. They do not charge you to take them out. It’s just complementary if you’re staying there if you want to bonfire at the fire pit just remember to bring something to light it with.

Relaxing overnight break
Location is wonderful on Lake Delton and quieter side of Dells. Front desk staff welcoming, friendly and accommodating. This is older property and indoor pool / hot tub tile needs attention. Rooms are clean and basic linens. Beds are firm. Lakeside all have views. Think families with small children would like this resort. Family friendly.

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I chose this resort for the balcony view, and we wanted a place where we could literally unwind and do nothing. And that's what we did, besides using the amazing hot tub. The staff were amazing. The room was clean. We really enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. Great place.

My husband and I stayed the night. It was such a great property and stay. They had a pool and hot tub. They have a bon fire pit. Also they have their own beach where you can sit by the water. Also they had kayaks you could go on. We didnt get a chance to go on them because of our plans but defnetly cant wait to go back. They also a had a volleyball and a play area for checkers and ping pong.

I hesitated about staying at this place at first based off some reviews. However, I’m really happy I did. The view to the lake was very nice, the room cleanliness was good. The temperature to the pool was actually warm. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend the stay here.

The good: loved the campfire, beach, and the staff were friendly. We also really enjoyed the passes to Knuckleheads. That was a really nice surprise. The not so good: we stayed for 4 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services. The room was not cleaned nor was the garbage emptied. This was difficult with 4 people in one room for 4 days. Also, the front desk closes at 10pm.

Good place for family
It's a good place for family. Lots of stuff to do. There was even a firedancer on both nights we were there. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of the bathroom. Smelled like human urine. We had to buy vinegar to clean it ourselves and the vinegar was even overpowered by the urine smell.

The room was dirty and had a mildew smell. The tub was also clogged so we couldn’t use the shower during our stay. Overall, the staff was nice but it felt like a motel 6.

The workers are excellent but the wood vinyl floors were filthy when we wiped up some water drops. This was in four rooms that we know of. It is great for a family reunion they never changed the towels or made the beds the whole week

Bathroom was not cleaned. No coffee cups, but the provide the coffee maker and coffee. Air filter in air conditioner was filthy. Could not have been good quality air.

Very enjoyable stay. Off the grid, beautiful property and the sunset view on the lake is mesmerizing! Room was very clean, pools all nicely maintained. This is our new “go to” stay in the Dells.

What a joke this place is! Absolutely horrible. Room stunk badly. Refrigerator's freezer was frozen over. Furnishings were so dated. Looked like something from the 70's. Little cheap tv. They call it a resort. If call it more like a last resort! Tried to cancel with Expedia and the hotel. Both refused! I refuse to use Expedia ever again because of this. Paid for 3 nights. Stayed only 1. Horrible experience. Staff barely could speak English. Rude and very unprofessional.

Hello James,I'm sorry you feel you need to say these awful things about our resort. It is true that the freezer had not been defrosted but that is the only thing that is true with your review. All of our rooms have been renovated in the last year, in fact, the furniture and fixtures including sinks and vanities were brand new last year! The suite we moved you to was a huge upgrade compared to the room you booked thru Expedia. You were so rude and belligerent to our staff and that was absolutely uncalled for. Everyone was trying to make your stay a pleasant one. And, the staff you are referring to are from Jamaica and speak beautiful english.Good luck to you and I hope you find a place that you can enjoy.Sincerely,Dawn BakerOwner and GM

Perfect
Perfect place to stay. One outdoor pool and a cute indoor pool. The beach was nice and free kayak usage. I personally like being off the busy "strip."
