Halloween 15, cauchemar à Willcox.
Une odeur de grand-mère malade vous acceuille dès le passage du sas. Moquette hideuse et sale, odeurs de curry dans les coursives, un perce-oreille soigneusement scotché dans la douche. Télévision hors service. Insectes visiblement très à l'aise. Echelles de la piscine réparées avec des cales en bois, fuites au plafond colmatées avec du scotch. Le "Superstar Breakfast" bien pauvre à part les gaufres.

Great for what I needed.
Awesome staff as always. Very friendly and helpful. Check in was super fast and room was clean. The beds were nice and comfy after a 13 hour work day and the A/C was awesome. Great for the price. Nice expensive hotel close to all amenities, plus Arby's is open 24/7 and is in walking distance. Perfect for late night food runs

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Shower is little tricky and we have posted instructions in all bathrooms .I guess you didn't noticed that. You might have seen black tiny seasonal monsoon bugs. We are trying our level best to rid off them and keep the room clean as much as we can. This happens every monsoon in whole town and surrounding areas. We apologize for this. Once again sorry for the inconvenience am sure your next with us will be more enjoyable

The bed was comfortable but vending machines broken, blow dryers broken, showers barely trickled out water, towels were so thin that they were almost see-through, tub filled up with nasty water when taking shower. Staff seemed indifferent to complaints. Would NOT recommend this property.

Nice place to stay in Wilcox
Room was very clean and neat. Toilet had flushing issues. The keys did give us a problem at first, but the manager solved that quickly.

Old dirty
Towels are stained I would say lack of bleach in washing. Showers need to have new shower heads, walls not clean, shower curtain dirty. Front lobby dirty carpet. Stairs to the 2floor very dirty and the hand railing very dirty. Not very sanitized for a hotel with a big brand name. This place needs a health inspection.

Trash overflow. Room carpet was fairly clean..Entrance and hallway’s carpeting not clean and greasy. Seems to be serving a lot of construction workers.

The Super 8 in Willcox,AZ is not the best option in town. The hotel needs an update, as it looked like it was from the 1980s. The room could have been more clean. There were cockroaches seen. Their “continental” breakfast was cereal and orange juice. I was disappointed, as the price for this hotel were not worth what I had paid.

Older hotel
Check in was fine, but the room was older toilet was making noises found a few roaches. The pillows were flat, and the pillow covers had stains on them with black dots and the room was very musky.

First ordered a king- facility offered a smoking king 😡 One chair in room & it was torn up. Offered continental breakfast at 8a had a granola bar, Raisin Bran, and fruit cups. Hot tub was good 👍

Horrible Woman at Front desk in Morning!!!
The Rooms were nasty and the tv and phone didn't work in the first room they put us in. And the phone didn't work in the next room they moved us to either. My husband was really sick with kidney stones and had just got out of hospital and we asked for a late check out of one hour they refused and said only 30 minutes because they said the housekeeper had a appointment to go to and needed to get started on the room. The housekeeper never showed up and we stayed over and i was loading our stuff in the car then the front desk lady a older lady with short gray hair came banging on the door telling us to get out and we needed to leave now really aggressive and in a horrible tone like we were trash!!! Or some sort of criminals or bad people or something we had my 4 year old boy with us also. It was really awful and she was so disrespectful to us. Please if you visit Willcox Arizona dont stay at the super 8

Dear Madam, We understand your concern and apologize for the in conveniency caused to you during your stay. Here are the facts about your stay at our hotel. You were moved in other room because of tv issue. you are complaining about another room but you never notified us about any issue with room during your stay. We allowed late checkout for thirty minutes as a courtsey. You checked out after two hours of check out time. Your room was reseeved for one adult and a child thru Expedia. You never asked about your husband's health concern and he was not in room at check out time. House keeper was talking with you nicely. Front desk clerk was polite too when she was talking to you .Both desk clerk and front desk clerk were upset because you were screaming on them. They never had agresive tone. For any reason, if you want late check out, you can only request, We understand the situation and once again apologize for discomfort during your stay.

nothing the attendant was rude at arrival. I canceled at that point well he came back 15 days later and charged me for the trip. I have reached out to him serval times and not only is he over rude but refuses to refund me my $109 that would of not even been worth paying to start. Be careful he takes money because he reuses your credit card info!!!

Dear Madam, you never cancelled your reservation at hotel. We checked with Expedia and it was not cancelled at there also. Your reservation was gurranted with credit card and there was no record of cancellation. We hold the room for you overnight. We requested you for cancellation but you never provided us as you do not have that, because you never cancelled the reservation demand to get the refund for no show was not a valid. You should understand your responsibility once you book the room. However later on as a courtsey you were given full refund. Your complaint was not true at all. Please keep in mind to cancel t he reservation if you are not able to make it. thanks and sorry for all the inconveniency

My truck broke down and was helped immediately in locating this hotel with all the amenities needed. I had to wait for a part in the small community of Wilcox with the friendliness of a small town. Fortunately, the hotel has a breakfast, swimming pool and a nice clean room all included in an economical price. A surprise breakdown but an oasis in Arizona for me!
