No towels, not clean, my room smells like barf. Couldn't get the front desk on the phone because your call routing kept looping back to the reservation voicemail. The front desk guy was nice and competent. I don't blame him.

WORST hotel experience. It appears remodeling has been done but everything installed poorly sitting crooked or falling apart. The floor was filthy making our socks black on the bottom. Our room was next to the Utility room. The overnight staff person repeated walked in and out of the room letting the door slam loudly each time. We had to speak with them multiple times finally becoming irate before the slamming stopped. In general the staff seemed clueless.

Checking in was fine, but when I got the to room that’s when things took a turn. I’m not usually one to complain, but this hotel was awful… The room was absolutely filthy. The blankets and sheets were stained. The refrigerator had food in it from the previous people. The bathtub was filthy. The floor was caked in dirt. Thankfully they offered us another room and the receptionist was nice. That room wasn’t as bad. The fridge was dirty and mirrors were nasty, but the blankets appeared clean and the floor was better. Definitely would not stay here again…

Worst Hotel In North America
This was without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The lobby was filthy and the rooms were worse. Trash cans still had trash in them, dust you could write your name in, lights didn’t work, no toilet paper, sinks and shower wer not cleaned, bed spread had stains on them and when I pulled it back the sheets were already used. They actually pulled the spread up over used sheets. My dog stays in much better conditions than this. Avoid at all costs. You are better off sleeping in your car.

The hallway just seemed to always have trash in it but I know with people coming and going it's hard to keep that area clean other than that the restroom was stocked the shower curtain rod was straight the shower curtain closed like it should the bathrooms were stocked very well the parking lot was clean and the staff was friendly as always.

We booked three rooms for our stay and all rooms were dirty, one room had a terrible smell, the showers needed maintenance and the rooms were not cleaned every 3 days as the sign stated. We had to ask for towels as there was only 1 set of towels per room. There were people fighting in other rooms and in the hallway multiple times during the night. In addition, we checked out of all 3 rooms a day early and the clerk said that he could not do a refund for the day because he manager would handle that. As of this review, we have not been credited for the 1 night. We checked into rooms 105, 107 & 109 on November 29th and out the morning of December 5th before 8:00 am. We should have checked out but we had already unloaded our luggage for our hunting party and thought we would make the best of a bad situation because we were not in the rooms for a long period of time each day. I will say that the beds were comfortable.

Most of the things in the room were broken. Everything was dirty and the sheets were full of stains. The shower head and floor had mold. We asked for another room. Still the same problem. They said they would clean the room and never did. We asked for them again at the front desk but they never sent another person. They took a 60 dollar deposit and said we had to wait 4 days to see if we get it back. Over all every one was rude to is and other guests.

Disappointed
From entering the hotel to inside the room, this was not a good experience. Getting help to check in was time consuming as no one was manning the front desk for the longest time. Myself and another customer waited for a long time, finally being able to find a house keeping worker to help us. Upon the entering the room, the odor was not pleasant. There were stains all over the carpets in the hallways and room. My bathroom looked as it had not been cleaned as the toilet was dirty and the mirror looked as it has toothpaste splatter all over it. Curtains were broken from the window, A/C was not properly working and there was visible mold in the A/C unit vents. When asking for additional towels, I found spiders in between them. The bedding felt like there was sand in it, feeling grainy. The say was cut short as I left in the middle of the night as a result of all the above. This hotel is not taken care of or managed well at all.

Horrible Experience
Our experience was less than satisfactory to say the least. We didn't arrive until about 8:30 p.m. . I went to take a shower ONLY to discover that it was dirty. I took soap and began scrubbing the tub and shower. The shower curtain was Dirty. When I finished scrubbing tub, I washed the floor as it was dirty. When I was able to find an attendant I gave them the Filthy rag and the comment was Oh My ! The staff were Never able to give us a Correct password to access the internet. The TV remote Didn't work. There was No Milk at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast. I will say that the sheets were clean. With this past experience I WILL HESITATE to Ever stay in another Super 8.

A customer stopped me in parking lot saying they were going elsewhere because of blood on sheets and black mold. I asked to see my room first. Blood on comforter and sheets were dirty.the Tub was also filthy. Asked to see a different room. It seemed better. But later did find several blood spots on comforter, faucet very dirty, A/c unit covered in dust. Entry light would start flickering when the bathroom light was turned on. Front desk seemed indifferent to the situation. Didn’t seem to care.

Not Great
There was no hot water in my shower; might have been a good thing, though, because the bathtub and curtain were filthy. When I told the front desk, they told me it couldn't be fixed over the weekend and never offered another room. Stained towels and a lumpy bed.

This property was very dirty red mold on shower curtain and the placed looked like they didn’t clean. When we got there we wanted to watch TV couldn’t get it to work. Called front desk and no one answered. Won’t stay there ever again.

We had to stay here for overnight road trip. Had kids with us. Beds were really noisy tv didn’t work. Towels were so hard and small, sheets were stain.. you can’t really expect much.

Stayed with a group for a baseball tournament. Tried to shorten our trip because we lost our game by notifying them at 9pm that we would be checking out the next morning (one day early). Refused to let us shorten the trip and forced us to pay for the night we were not there. You have to have your key reprogrammed constantly. One room from our group had no AC in July. After being moved to another room their new room the tv didn’t work. Another room had roaches. Never anyone at the front desk to help you. Website says they had a bar - not true. Housekeeping did not visit our room once in three days. DO NOT STAY HERE Stayed at the Baymont across the street about a month previously for baseball and it was even worse. Both locations are owned by the same people.

A $50 security deposit required, but clerk initially refused to provide a receipt for the deposit. Door lock extremely difficult to open. TV did not work, & clerk took 15-20 minutes to get it going.

Bad service
Was not told where my room was,had to ask. Never told what time breakfast was. Never told check-out time. Had trouble getting into room. Foot towel in bathroom was wet when i went to use it. Curtain wasnt secured all the way across so light came in. Wont stay here again.

First room the mini fridge didn't work. Was moved to a different room where the mini fridge didn't work, tv wouldn't connect & the ac wasn't cooling the room. We moved back to the first room.
