Great staff, bad rooms.

The staff was incredibly nice however the rooms were not. It was a fine room to spend just one night but for being in such a tourist location you would think the accommodations would be better. The room had a mildew smell and the tv was an old school box tv. The beds and linen were clean but again the age and smell was not so nice. The area near the indoor pool smelled like trash and the locker room was smelly too. I wish the rooms and accommodations matched the awesomeness of the lobby staff.

Can't beat the price and convenience to skiing . Hot tub and pool were actually hot !! Will be back again

Nice play to stay near Loon mountain. It was clean, with reasonable rates. It has an indoor pool/hot tub. There is a continental breakfast which I did not partake. Nice play to stay if you plan on skiing in the Loon/Cannon/Waterville Valley area.

Overnight stay

After a long day at Santa's village we arrived here. Check in was painless and fast. Front desk help- Wendy was very pleasant and had great info. on nearby attractions. Room was big which was great for my Husband , 2 babies and i. I did notice that there was dog hair on the carpet. Not happy about that. Some people are higlhy allergic to animal fur. Would have like to have know that they allow animal in rooms.

I stayed here last year in one of the rooms with a Jacuzzi and was very pleased. Since there were four of us staying this time we weren't able to get a room with a Jacuzzi which I think would of made the stay better. The room we were put in this time wasn't as updated as one I stayed in before. Also, it was hard to maneuver around the 2nd full size bed to get to the bathroom(which had no heat w/door shut). Overall the price made it worth it and the pool and Jacuzzi in main building were a huge hit with the kids.

Ski trip with son. Pool, hot tub and sauna are excellent and made up for slightly depressing room.

Les - : clean the rooms paint them, new carpets, AND NEW BEDS clean the pool area Too!
stayed two night for seeing santa at santas village. this hotel is so run down it is not funny. the beds were horriable to sleep in if thats what you want to call it. i complained after the first night and the girl on the desk tells me oh yes they are waiting for a loan to get new beds, well that doesnt help me honey! then after second night had to leave at 8 in the morning after not being able to walk, asked girl at desk to tell manager to call me, well mon am still no call i called and all Steve could do was tell me i didnt have to stay and he would allow me 20.00 credit REALLY thats it. worst hotel ever dont bother staying there pool is gross looks like never cleaned at all. grime on bottom, the rooms are dated! get what you pay for.

I went with three of my friends. It was a great trip the staff at the front desk they are really nice and very warm welcome us. The room is great, clean and quiet. I'm sure if I go back to Lincoln I would like to stay here again. Thank you!
