This was the first time my wife and I stayed at this property and we were VERY impressed! Our room was amazing, the staff was helpful and the location was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay at this hotel when the annual ski trip of families from IL attend, but don’t care for their children who run, scream, throw ice, scream in hallways, etc. when the hotel staff say there is nothing they can do because the huge group gives them annual business for 8 years.

Had Quieter Nights Before
It was terrible. Would never stay here again. If you want sleep, it's probably quieter in a factory. It was like a daycare zoo with hundreds of kids (quite literally) that were allowed to roam free screaming in the hallway banging the doors that were all propped open with the security latch. When kids open those, they don't shut them quietly. All night screaming and banging. Might have been quiet from 4am to 6am. I called front desk. Nothing changed. Shower was full of someone else's hair. Gross. Then after minimal sleep, go down for breakfast at 940am to be told there's nothing to eat because it only runs until 10 and we needed to get their much earlier. The pillows are so weak that when you lay your head down the only thing supporting your head IS THE PILLOW CASE!! Darkening drapes wouldn't close all the way, and so it stayed bright in the room. Worst. Hotel. Stay. Ever. And we travel enough to know what good and bad stays are. This is not a hotel but a kids playground with pool.

Hot tub jets
It was great. The only down fall I had was the hot tub the jets shot up towards your head, the upper ones the lower ones shot out straight across but any other hot tub I have been in the jets don’t shoot up towards your head very uncomfortable. Had to turn jets off, would have been nice to have a timer switch had to use emergency stop to turn off.

The family room suites have glass doors for the bedrooms which makes zero sense. We had to put sheets over them just so the TV in the other room wouldn’t keep the kids up.

A very nice place. Rooms are clean. Beds very comfy. We stayed in Sunday and parking is pretty empty. Been tracing all day and was tired. Then the room above us has kids running around. If I had not unpacked I would have asked to be moved. I just hope they go to bed early.

One thing I would suggest is to put families on one floor. We had kids running up and down the hallways both late at night and early in the morning.

Every thing was beyond expectations! Top notch!
Extremely clean - walked in the front door to a very clean smelling, bright, and clean hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful - During our overnight stay, we came into contact with 5 different employees. Every single one of them asked how we were, if they could get us anything, or help in any way. They simply took a moment to treat us the way human beings should treat one another - with kindness and authenticity. One employee took a few moments to pick up and hug a little girl who walked toward her looking for attention. The little girl was all smiles. While finishing our breakfast, this particular employee went to each table asking if she could dispose of our finished plates. She said she was happy to do this so we could just relax and enjoy our morning. WHAT!? Am I on another planet. This was AMAZING! Extremely efficient - Our room was ready way ahead of schedule. We were heading to a wedding and they made sure to let us check in so we could get to the venue on time. Delicious Breakfast - A great variety, healthy options, sweets, and multiple drink options. Respectful - They want to make sure their guests get rest, but can have fun, too. They reminded a large group that quiet hours were at 10pm, but they could head to the pool to continue their conversation and hang-out. I totally respect that! Not everyone in the hotel is a night owl and needs rest for whatever their next day brings. So appreciated that!

Great place to stay!
The staff at this hotel was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful right away when you check in. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked (which is important on a 90-degree day!). The hotel, as a whole, felt very new, fresh, and updated. Continental breakfast was great too. Again, the staff was wonderful here - walking around making sure everyone had what they needed, making sure the food supply never ran out, etc. There is a pool; though I can’t speak to it because I didn’t get a chance to use it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area!

All the staff were very good. The gal working in the dining area both mornings, sorry, I didn’t catch her name, is the best! She was kind, friendly, funny and engaging.
