We have stayed at this property a couple of times as it’s so close to our kids house. The front desk check in and check out staff are amazing and so friggin nice!! The little food/coffee area is great! The coffee barista is hilarious and so friendly. Our room is always clean and the beds are comfortable.. One issue was the heard of buffalo that were stampeding back and forth in the room above us till midnight.. that was so annoying and then they started up again around 6 am. Note: ask for a top floor room!!!

The place was just lovely. The only negative was the outside which was very cluttered and messy. I understand they were doing remodeling so we let it slide as it was not loud at night.

Quiet and clean. Staff responsive and friendly. Small cafe is very nice and great breakfast options. Once the courtyard renovation is completed it will be a fabulous place to unwind.

This is not your typical Courtyard by Marriot. Must have been a different hotel prior to becoming Courtyard. The lobby is nice and they have the restaurant. Plus there are a few good ones you can get to by car in 10 minutes. The rooms are basic, no pictures on the walls, no microwave, no bathtub. The rooms are clean and I did get room service every day which was nice.

Very grateful to be in a warm room bc of Beaverton's unexpected power outage. We had long waits to check-in and at the hotel's cafe because staffing was for a few guests, not the hordes created by this wind/snow storm. Staff was very cheerful, apologetic, and very nice despite the challenges. We appreciated their positive attitudes. Rooms are nice despite the renovations being done.

Very nice place and location very close to dining options few meters around the hotel plus the hotel is very close to the famous Washington square mall you can even walk this distance in a sunny day

The building should have been closed. Although the room was adequate the grounds and the buildings exterior were embarrassing. After driving from Las Vegas and seeing the disaster of a building that was supposed to be where we were to spend the night, was disappointing.

Clean room but thin walls
Walls are paper thin - our neighbors had their tv on all night and we heard every word. Fire alarm light flashed all night. Hotel is under renovation and I’m sure it will be lovely when it’s finished, but the hotel needs more than a face lift.

We put up with the noise of the renovation which was underway. That was expected since we were forwarned. However, when there was no hot water on the day we were visiting family it was extremely annoying. What really bothered me though was the fact that no mention of anything to make up for that major inconvenience was ever offered. That is not like any Marriott property I know. 000 305 136 My Rewards Number.

There has been construction going on and at first arrival it looked menacing but were told the construction was at a stand still. They were right and it was very quiet, whew!

We liked the location of this property. The exterior was under renovation construction during our stay. In their defense, they did notify us of the renovations inconvenience. The room itself had been newly remodeled so it was very nice.
