Très bien situé, à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants, magasins, près du métro. Hôtel très propre et luxueux pour le prix. Le déjeuner est un peu cher pour un buffet.

Près de la ville mais en banlieu, facile de reprendre la route pour un arrêt d’une nuit. Resturant, petit spa à la piscine. Pas besoin de sortir de l’hôtel tout si trouve.

This Westin needs a serious upgrade. In the room the carpet was stained. The window shade didn't work and the shade was tattered. The closet doors were extremely heavy and difficult to move. The bathroom is outdated. The paint on the vanity was chipped and peeling. In my experience I expected better from a Westin property.

Not one issue with this property. The breakfast was unbelievably good!! We loved the pool. The room was immaculate. Great experience.

The location of our room was very good as it was quiet and away from the elevator. I am sensitive to smell and the scent being transfused into the lobby was very strong and overwhelming. The hot tub was very antiquated, slow and noisy to start, and very dirty to with scum and foam.

We enjoyed our stay at The Westin Arlington. The staff was friendly, helpful and offered suggestions for restaurants during our stay. The hotel was clean, easy to park our car, and the Commentary Restaurant had a great Happy Hour. I would recommend staying here for your next stay in Arlington, VA.

This has been the worst stay I had in a Westin. Twice in a row our neighbors would turn on LOUD music at 1am. Last night the music lasted 2 hours with LOUD banging between 1am and 3am. We called reception twice, at 1:20am and 1:40am, they said they would send someone, nobody came, and the music continued until 3:00am. The two staff available during the night were absolutely unprofessional. We have complained in the morning to the receptionist who mentioned escalating to their manager, but we have not heard from them. Not only will we not stay there in the future but we will actively recommend people in our circles not to stay there. This is absolutely unacceptable given the price of the night. Our toddler in our room was being awake by absurdly loud music at 1am for 2 hours. We are hoping a gesture will be done by the management of the hotel, but we didn’t hear from them.

Stayed for a weekend out on the town but room did not have a remote and it had to be requested. When I called the front desk, the attendant was very impatient and tried to rush me off the phone. There were hairs in the bed linen, leaking shower faucet, and there was some interesting substance near the bottom of the refrigerator. It was also FREEZING in the room, no heat at all. It was 65 degrees inside the room.

Check in was delayed because only one person at front desk was restocking store. TV didnt work in room. Had to call Engineering, on hold for 11 minutes. Hung up. Called back, engineering came up immediately and fixed TV. Not the best service I come to expect from the Westin Brand, but clean room and convenient for what I am doing.

Parking lot was horrid, cramped, low ceiling and the gates never worked I had to always call for help rich was ridiculous clue 4 star hotel, front reception didn’t even know what he was doing or saying, very unhelpful, very inconvenient, I wouldn’t come back again. Please think carefully before visiting

Happy at The Westin
The Westin is a great place, strategically positioned for enjoying Arlington. The area around the hotel offers rest, shops, and entertainment. Destinations beyond the hotel are easily accessible. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Parking garage is easy to access.

I try to stay here whenever I am in the area. Great location for where I need to be. The Westin Arlington is a great spot...always clean...great staff.

I was there for work trip, on Friday night There were a lot of drunk people in the hotel, not sure if there were an event going on, we were not able to sleep well, and everywhere smelled like puke, even someone throw up in the elevator, they didn’t even cleaned till next day. But we have requested to clean it, staff was friendly and toke an action right away. Location was good cause of a lot restaurants.

I liked the breakfast facility with the $19 buffet. Most hotel breakfast facilities are poor. I didn't like the difficult-to-slide sliding doors in Room 1440
