Hotel neuf confortable mais excentré

Hotel créé en octobre 2016 très confortable chambre spacieuse petit dejeuner copieux ; excentré mais à 10 mn metro navette gratuite jusqu'à Union station

Motel bon marché et relativement bien placé. Le Capitol se trouve à environ 20-30 minutes a pieds, ce qui permet de laisser son véhicule au parking gratuit de l'hôtel ou de prendre le metro se trouvant à environ 15 minutes à pieds. Le quartier n'a aucun intérêt, mais n'est pas dangereux. Parfait pour petit budget et voyageur en voiture.

hôtel très correct en général (chambre, petit déjuner, situation géographique, accueil), mais sans plus! 700-800 mètres pour prendre le métro vers le centre (par contre le trajet est difficille car passage près d'une route très passante!). le quartier n'est pas non plus terrible mais nous n'avons pas eu de problème.

Les + : Friendly and courteous staff
Les - : Housekeeping should show up earlier. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do to quiet things down except get a room away from New York ave.
Situation : Walking distance to Union Station. National Mall is a quick Lyft ride.
The hotel's new. The staff was friendly. The room was clean at check-in. Unfortunately, despite us being out of the room for the entire day, housekeeping didn't show up to our room until we return after an all-day outing. We were tired and ready for a nap thus our room went uncleaned. The room we had faced New York Ave. It was very loud at night and we all had very restless nights.

Low service and cleaning. Bed sheets needed to be changed before we checked in!!!!!!

Great service at a clean modern hotel

Hotel wasnt a far drive from the mall however the nearest metro was 7 or 8 blocks away. The buffet flavors were good but the food wasnt labeled for ex. the sausage patty didnt indicate meat type and there was only one version of egg and one version of meat. The 24 hour coffee station was nice but the coffee itself was very weak. The valet parking was expensive at 36 for an overnight stay which i found a bit expensive. However the fitness center, indoor pool, comfortable beds, clean room, neutragena toiletries, customer service and preparedness of the concierge to provide complimentary toothpaste provided for an excellent experience.

We had difficulty with the wifi. Management tried to help. Ended up crediting us for our inconvenience.

my stay was over all ok untill it was time to check out and i found out that i had been charged a $250 smoking fee when i dont smoke cigarettes there for i never smoked in my room when i tried to disput this charge i was told "then maybe it was someone that was with you" and the only person that came with me be did not stay the night was my 5 year old son. so when i asked how do you charge a persons card with their consent i was then told that some complaned and said that they saw me smoking and that i was called down to the front and that is when they told me about it....the thing about it is that that never happened ether i then asked to speak to the manager that said this and she would not come to the front so that we could address the issue it just so happened that another manager was walking past siad that he knew what was going on and that i had been smoking in the room i assured him that I was not he said the same thing that it was probably who ever come with me and I told him the only person was my 5 year old so if you are telling me that my 5 year old was smoking then we have another issue here so we went back up to my room and I showed him that it was not me he said that they would take the charge off.... The customer service was horrible I felt like I was been treated like I had committed a crime when I had not then I was asked to leave as if I was not welcomed there after I PAID MY MONEY AND STAYED 2 night!!!!!!! They would not give me w receipt for my transact
