The house is in a nice residential neighborhood and the exterior was adequately maintained. Unfortunately there were hypodermic needles by the trash, which we assume someone just discarded. The rooms arrangement was fine but some of the beds were uncomfortable to sleep in. While the house was generally clean, if you looked a little closer, many areas hadnât been cleaned in awhile, e.g., ceiling fan blades, areas next to the vanities; the ceiling fan in the sitting room outside the dining area didnt work and it was stifling hot and the air conditioner in this room was inadequate. We also had some issues with the dryer but maintenance came the same day to fix it. Walking out the rear doors, we encountered spider webs and almost every window was covered by webs. The pool water was clean but the liner was ripped and wrinkled and in need of replacement. All in all, we did enjoy our stay and would come back to the area but at a different house, unless this one got a lot of TLC.
