Très bel hôtel et chambre très confortable.
Pour ceux qui veulent faire la côte Amalfitaine et avoir un hôtel confortable c'est très bien, par contre, la ville Vietri Sul Mare n'est pas un attrait en soi je dirais même décevant. Nous avons terminé dans cette ville notre périple sur la côte et si c'était à refaire, nous n'irions sûrement pas jusque là. Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano et Capri ont beaucoup plus à donner côté vue spectaculaire et ambiance. L'hôtel par contre est vraiment très bien et tranquille pour ceux qui préfèrent être un peu en retrait c'est parfait!

Vue imprenable
Hotel de charme avec une vue impregnable sur la côte. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très bonne literie. Accueil de qualité parfois en français. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux frais. Zon piscine extérieure très agreeable. Une belle experience.

Fabulous hotel, great service at the reception. Restaurant was excellent, had diner every night and the service was perfect. Great waiter. The swimming pool was nice and quite. Little hotel highly recommend for a relax stay on the coast.

Superbe hotel pour visiter la cote almafitaine. Diner romantique sur le port de Vietry sul mare. Emplacement ideal, accueillis avec un jus de citron sur la terrasse offrant une vue remarquable sur la mer. j'y retournerai!

Not 5 stars
Not really central, need a cat to go everywhere. Not 5 stars yet, good base but sloppy housekeeping in shared areas (pool, entrance) and repetitive menu. Ok if you want a spot to start or end your amalfi coast trip but not Spain place to stay.

Perfect ending to our trip to Italy!!
We spent our last night in Italy at this hotel and we are so glad we did! It is a small boutique hotel that is very clean, modern, has a great view and the staff go out of their way to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible (and with a smile). It was easy to arrive to the hotel and the environment is very calm. Our room was luxurious, modern, very clean and we had a terrace with two lounge chairs giving onto the pool. That evening we ate at the Italian restaurant at the hotel. The food was very flavourful (delicious fish soup) and the portions were a bit smaller than what we ate at restaurants throughout our trip but it was enough for us. We departed very early the next morning (5am) and the kitchen went out of their way to prepare breakfast for us "to go". We really recommend this hotel!

Det var skønt! God service, rene værelser og en dejlig atmosfære! Værd at vide: kun en restaurant på hotellet, shuttlebusser ned til byen hele dagen, kun en pool, hvis man har tendens til allergi er dette muligvis ikke for dig, de bruger meget kraftige vaskemiddel til sengelinned og rengøring

Disappointment
We had a wellcoming experience and the staff was mostly friendly. The restaurant is very nice and Antonio and his crew brilliant. We however complained in the lobby about being in a standard room with no view when we had booked and payed for a deluxe room with ocean view. The staff did not listen or take our complaint seriously and we did not get any appologise or offer to change. We had our booking to show but they did not seem interested, said eweritjing was fully booked. Our room opened into another’s guest room while we where there and we could enter someone’s elses room and stuff one night. The door between the rooms was probably somehow insecure or had been opened by staff and not closed securely. Another thing to critisise is that there is no spa there like they say in the info. There is a swimming pool and beautiful area but the spa is in another hotel owned by the same people. We had some rainy days and did not have a car. It is not easy to walk around the are because of traffic. I would recommend a car if you stay there. In general, nice if the weather is good, nice restaurant, nice swimming pool area. Not so good if there is somethong wrong like mistake they made or the location if bad weather. Expensive to pay for deluxe room with a spa when you don’t see these things.

Check in was at 2pm and they said the pool was open until 10 but when we wanted to use it at 7 they said it closed at 6. One person in our group had a view of the pool from their room and there were people in the pool! Bathtub didn’t work, AC wasn’t good. Didn’t feel welcomed here and impression was it wasn’t worth the money or a 5 star hotel.

Don't pay the hotel upfront
I booked a room for five days. When we arrive the hotel charge does for all five days upfront. We decided to leave the hotel two days early to go to a different village. A hotel refused to return my money for the last two nights because I paid upfront. Warning do not pay them upfront if you decide to change the length of your stay. We did find a Hotel comfortable and well appointed.

What bothered us the most was the lack of customer service and how unpleasant the staff was, as if the guests were an inconvenience. For the amount of stay we did here, it was disappointing! And now to the horror of room 219!!! Pros: best room view in the hotel in my opinion, right next to pool, awesome scenic view, big patio space. Cons: A/C was not cooling the first night so we were relocated to a room with a wall view until maintenance replaced the motor the following day, long story short the room finally cooled down by day 3. The room smells like sewage, everyday and night it’s nauseating. The first night that we slept in a different room, it did not smell like sewage and the room was freezing cold. So I do believe it is an isolated issue. Additional FYI’s: coffee is served at room temp (must ask to have hot), towels are not replaced when the room is turned over, parking is awesome, just park upfront and they will take care of the rest, walking distance to beach (a million steps but worth it) and restaurants,
