Hotel très bien situé, au cœur de Sliema donc à proximité des départs en excursions. Les restaurants sont chics et on y mange très bien. Le choix pour le petit-déjeuner est large. La chambre était grande agréable et avec vue mer, un plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ax The Palace ! Le personnel était vraiment attentionné, mention spéciale à Shivani pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons eu des jolies surprises pendant notre séjour, l’hôtel est très bien placé à côté du port de Sliema donc il est très facile de se rendre à La Valette et pour pas grand chose. L’endroit était idéal aussi pour le ramassage pour les excursions. Nous avons eu une chambre au calme absolu, la piscine sur le toit est un gros plus. Aucun point négatif à signaler ! :)

Bon hotel, mauvais lits
Hotel bien situé à Sliema, personnel sympathique et piscine d'extérieur agréable (bien que les horaires d'ouverture ne soient pas très étendus). La chambre est d'une bonne taille. En revanche malheureusement le lit était le plus inconfortable que hj'aie jamais expérimenté dans un hotel (auberges de jeunesse incluses). Un matelas complètement mou où vous vous enfoncez dans une alèse plastifiée ne respire pas du tout ; j'ai rarement aussi mal dormi. Combiné à l'absence de ventilation dans la salle de bains, au climat naturel de Malte et à la clim qui avait des réglages dignes des années 90, l'air dans la chambre était très humide et c'était très désagréable.

Parfait pour visiter La Valette et Malte
Hôtel est à proximité du ferry pour La Valette. Le confort et les prestations sont excellentes / lit xxl pour une chambre de base avec bureau et belle salle de bain avec we séparé. L’équipe de l’hôtel est avenante 👍 Un point de progrès pour la personne qui gère le spa mais c est anecdotique 😜

Agréable séjour de fin d'année
Hôtel bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du terminal des ferries vers la Vallette et des arrêts de bus Tas-Sliema vers toutes les directions de l'île. Excellent service à la réception, personnel à l'écoute et agréable. Conciergerie efficace pour toutes les demandes. Bureau de la compagnie Prestige Cabs directement dans l'hôtel (pour les excursions, les navettes etc...). Espace piscine, sauna, hammam très agréable à cette période (en accès libre et direct au 7ème étage, commun avec l'hôtel Victoria). Salle de sport au top, très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet. Un peu d'attente à l'unique machine à café à l'heure de pointe (mais le café est très bon !). Le petit bémol : les chambres "de base" ont un peu vieilli et l'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne. Nous avions une chambre au second étage, nous ne pouvions pas laisser la baie vitrée ouverte notamment en raison du bruit provenant de la rue et de l'église (cloches qui sonnent !). Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir demandé une chambre dans un étage supérieur. De plus la literie est assez molle. Au final nous n'avons pas passé de super nuits !

Hôtel très agréable, chambre grande et confortable, SPA et piscines propres, bien entretenus et calmes ... Que du plaisir. Personnel de l'accueil un peu trop obséquieux, je n'ai pas apprécié, check in un peu long.

j'ai aimé la situation, la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine sur le toit, l'état de la chambre et sa propreté, la salle de gym. J'ai moins aimé la clientèle de l'établissement, le petit déjeuner, et je trouve que ce n'est pas vraiment un 5 étoiles. Globalement très positif

Tres bon etabliessement. Literie et calme malgre quelques bruits dans les derniers etages due a la piscine et au restaurant du dernier etage. On arrive a tourve des palces de parking autour de l'hotel en cherchant bien (notre sejour etait fin mai). Chambre spacieuse.
