While the room was very spacey and convenient. Everything was good, except 2 things we must bring to your attention: first of all, the receptionist was friendly but could use a little more training. She is too talkative and needs to know how to acknowledge waiting customers with at least a "I'll be right with you" or something.. After checking in, I realized we needed some stuff for the room, and so I went back out to the front desk and asked for them. She had some people checking in, and I assumed (from their conversation) they were long lost acquaintances. She never acknowledged my presence and went on and on with this couple for a good 30 minutes while I waited. Not an apology was offered either. Her attitude thereafter was not all friendly, (and neither was it the morning after) although we did get what we asked for. She was ok for our check in, but I do not know what changed after that. Secondly, there was a ton of dust, debris, whatever, on your headboard. A Starbucks topper was also found on the floor as proof that your room service didn't clean that well. So while the price was reasonable, the room was good, the reception was ok (at the beginning, anyways), we would never stay with you again. Your receptionist needs training on how to handle customers better and needs not be so "friendly" at other customers' inconvenience. It is the late night shift, and things could get difficult, we understand. But then, it is also a customer service position.
