While the room was very spacey and convenient. Everything was good, except 2 things we must bring to your attention: first of all, the receptionist was friendly but could use a little more training. She is too talkative and needs to know how to acknowledge waiting customers with at least a "I'll be right with you" or something.. After checking in, I realized we needed some stuff for the room, and so I went back out to the front desk and asked for them. She had some people checking in, and I assumed (from their conversation) they were long lost acquaintances. She never acknowledged my presence and went on and on with this couple for a good 30 minutes while I waited. Not an apology was offered either. Her attitude thereafter was not all friendly, (and neither was it the morning after) although we did get what we asked for. She was ok for our check in, but I do not know what changed after that. Secondly, there was a ton of dust, debris, whatever, on your headboard. A Starbucks topper was also found on the floor as proof that your room service didn't clean that well. So while the price was reasonable, the room was good, the reception was ok (at the beginning, anyways), we would never stay with you again. Your receptionist needs training on how to handle customers better and needs not be so "friendly" at other customers' inconvenience. It is the late night shift, and things could get difficult, we understand. But then, it is also a customer service position.

The hotel is fine. The staff at checkout needs some training. No matter how the bill is paid, a final checkout receipt can and should be printed. Shouldn't have to argue about it.

Expedia needs to update your website and so does the Shiloh inn. Part of my reason for selecting the Shiloh in was that they had 24 seven shuttle service they do not so I was stuck at the airport with no way to get to the hotel. After a long day of traveling was stressful. When I got to the hotel, I was told that their shuttle service ends at 11 o’clock so change that on the website and on the flyer in the elevator at the Shiloh Inn. The other thing is they no longer have breakfast. They haven’t had breakfast since Covid that needs to be changed because I was depending on that and that was part of the reason I selected the Shiloh inn. On the really positive side, Felicia at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful. She was courteous even though people were upset about no breakfast and no shuttle. She said I worked the night shift. I get this all the time. The clerk Patti was also cheerful and kind Shiloh Inn is lucky to have these women . They more than made up for the disappointments about the shuttle and the breakfast with their kindness and compassion and understanding. I won’t choose Shiloh in again because of the things that were on the website that didn’t actually happen.

Hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. However the property had maintenance issues. Tried to have drinks and dinner but restaurant was understaffed and out of many options. Pool was out of service, bathrooms missing supplies or out of service, our bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close and the toilet seat looked like it was peeling.

Nothing to like. Outside in poor shape. Pool and hot tube closed. No free breakfast as advertised. Terrible WiFi. No towels in room. Toilet clogged. Bathtub faucet not working properly. All for $140. Other than, what a great place…to never stay again.

I had stayed at this Shiloh a couple of years ago and thought it was outstanding, so I didn't hesitate to book when we needed a hotel near the airport for the night. When we arrived, there were 3-4 groups of people standing around waiting to check in. There was one clerk staffing the front desk (this was right around 4:00, so the time most people check into hotels), and this poor clerk apparently had just started, couldn't work the computer, etc. We got in line and waited--I am not kidding--about one hour to get checked into the hotel. Okay, fine. Later that evening, one of us decided to take a hot bath, only to find that the faucet on the bathtub was broken, as in it wouldn't budge and not water came out. I called the front desk and was told by someone that they'd be right up to "show me how it works." (I am 62, and I'm pretty sure I understand how American bathtub faucets work.) A half hour went by with no one appearing. Finally I called again, and a different person answered. This employee did come up to find that, sure enough, the faucet was broken. He went downstairs, returned, and handed us a different key, asking immediately for the key to the room we would be vacating. No offer to help. This stay at Shiloh was almost (almost) comical in its mediocrity. And honestly, if at even one point, any employee had said "we're sorry for..." it would not have been so awful. Basic customer service is extraordinarily helpful in these situations.

We have added additional staff to assist guests. Also have new maintenance personal working on rooms. Hope your next stay will be better

The room was great… bed was comfortable and amazingly enough, the pillows were actually comfortable enough to sleep on! Had a pretty nice dinner at the lounge and got to listen to some great live jazz! Would definitely do it again!

I stayed at this Shilo Inn several times several years ago and several amenities are no longer available. It seemed pretty "bare bones" on this visit. The pool is closed indefinitely (this is what my granddaughter loved about the hotel) and breakfast is no longer available. However, on this trip I just needed a good bed close to the airport, with airport shuttle available. Shilo Inn provided this perfectly well, and at a reasonable price compared to most other airport hotels.

I had to pull out a nightstand so I could plug in my cellphone and I found moldy candy wrappers under the nightstand. The toilet did not have any pressure when flushing and the toilet was too short. I took a shower and found water all over the bathroom floor because the shower guards were not properly installed and the shower head leaks. The carpet in the room has wrinkles throughout the entire room and I fell. The room was dusty and needed vacuuming.

The location is great for stay and fly type of reservation. I parked my car for 7 days while on vacation and my car was well looked after in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and made you feel warm and welcomed. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and I appreciated the extra help with my 3 bags! 😊 The property is a bit outdated but I will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you!

This Shilo could use a face lift. Litter on rug in hallways, snags in room carpet, tiny metal piece sticks up at bathroom entrance to snag socks, broken tv (which we didn’t mind, but someone might). Attention to detail just isn’t there. Restaurant so cold that elders sat around a fire pit while younger couples braved the cool temperature with coats on. Slow service unavoidable with bar tender running cash register, waiting tables, plus tending bar, poor guy, pleasant, but tough for him.m Shuttle operators all smiles with excellent service to airport at 5 am, good for him.
