Our stay was awesome! The staff were awesome and made a financial accommodations to an early check in. The suites are worth every dollar! Heated bathroom fan, private bedroom, and a great amount of space.

Good place to stay!
We were impressed with Harmony Inn & Suites. We thought it was a nice place and very clean. Also had a good breakfast and nice staff. We will definitely be back!

There is lots of long black hair in the bathtub, and some on the bathroom sink. The toilet seat is broken and either stained on the bottom side, or really dirty still. I'm guessing both. There is also a water ring inside the toilet. The bathroom floor didn't look swept and a dirty towel was still hanging on the door. Also the washrag and some of the towels look dirt stained and should probably be replaced for the customers, they could be used to clean the bathroom better! My previous stay at this hotel wasn't like this. The other room was clean.

The room and stay were great! Those room styles we had were amazing. I would say keep a focus on the smells (kinda musty smelling in the back room) and the bathroom toilets. It was still dirty when we arrived.

Great value
This was a great overnight stop on a long cross-country trip. We had a comfortable and quiet room. 4 people in the room, but still comfortable. Great service and everyone was friendly. There was a lot of people staying in the motel with Sturgis traffic, but there were no noise or parking issues. Overall a great value.

The room was clean enough, but nothing was restocked after the previous occupant. No washcloths, only one towel, tissue box was empty, no soaps, no coffee for the coffee maker, and barely enough tp to get us through the night. The bed was very comfortable, however. A comfortable place to sleep is the main point of a hotel, after all.

When we checked in the door to the room was wide open. That makes me feel a little insecure. The dishwasher had filthy dishes in it, which stunk and the toilet stool was horribly dirty, not anything anyone would want to use. Luckily nearby was a Dollar General Store where we could buy a toilet brush, toilet bowl cleaner and disinfectant, which we used on the countertops and refrigerator as well as the toilet. All in around $12 worth of cleaning supplies. I will never stay here again and will never recommend this Motel to anyone I know.

I am extremely disappointed in your stay and please know that this not Harmony Inn standards. Did you talk to the desk clerk after you checked in? It should have been handled by the staff, not the guest. I sincerely apologize for your unfortunate experience. I do hope you will give us another try.

They needed to clean up some litter in the parking lot. In the room there was some dust and dead flies but no bad bugs and I loved that there was a door you could shut for the back bedroom and 2 different tv’s so my kid could watch something and so could the adults!

I will start this review by saying the front staff was very helpful & friendly. I booked this room two weeks prior to our visit and was called four days ahead to find that my room (with a kitchenette) wasn’t available and we’d be moved to one with the same sized bed, but at the same price ($173 after taxes). That was a disappointment, but I stuck with it since it was prepaid. The room itself was fairly clean, but we could hear any and all sounds from the neighbors on either side. The Wi-Fi was off and on the evening we were there, but was out the entire following day even after I made a call in about it (we left a few hours later, so I imagine it was fixed after we’d left). There was a loud banging sound in the early hours of the morning that reset all of the electronics, which apparently happens “twice a day”. It was at this point that I noticed the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The gym, which was advertised as one of the main amenities, was basically a closet with a treadmill, elliptical, some weighs and a small bench. On the tv, there wasn’t much of a guide and everything was in fuzzy, standard definition instead of HD.

Employees could be more friendly and smile. Fan in 200 suite did not work but we survived. This is the 2nd year we stayed here and overall it is very nice.
