The TV did not work and the clerk could not give us another room or fix it. There were not enough tables for breakfast even though we ate at 7:30 AM on Sunday morning. We had to take our plates to the lobby sofa.

Did not like having to go back to the front desk to get entry key fixed so we could get in our room. Did not like ringing the desk bell several times to get help with entry keys. Did not like noisy neighbors that we could hear plain as day through the walls.

Got out of it the price we paid. Mediocre price for a mediocre stay. Breakfast was kinda cold. Those warming trays just arent doing it. Property is dated and rooms in need of work. Same stain is on the carpet from when my wife stayed there a few months ago.

Perfect except for no hot water.
Easy exit from freeway, convenient to nearby restaurants, very nice lobby and breakfast area, very spacious room and comfortable bed, but NO hot water!!

Exceedingly comfortable for its price range, and the staff person at the front desk was welcoming and warm. The room itself had a few small touches that were appreciated — full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles; a night light in the bathroom; a decent hair dryer; a heating and air unit that didn’t turn on and shut off constantly, but ran continuously and quietly. This provided a comfy temp and white noise during sleep. The pillows were comfortable and the sheets and bedding soft. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety. My husband and I both commented on how it was the best hotel stay we’d had in quite some time at this price point.

Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Dog was barking and whining on our floor on the morning we were leaving. People were very nice.

I've stayed here before many times but this visit the property was less clean in common areas and especially in the room. It was not vacuumed well or wiped down very well. The outside was less clean also this time around. It "feels" like it might have changed owners given past experience being fine. It was a reasonable price so for the price it's about what I would expect in mot respects. But, not clean? Not really expecting that.
