Mr. Derrick Silas failed to honor his hotel reservation and was recorded as a no-show. Additionally, the guest mistakenly made a reservation for an incorrect date, and due to our cancellation and reservation policies, we are unable to modify the date or cancel the reservation.

This place is a dump. Homeless people hang out 20 feet from the front office. The staff is beholden to regular out of state construction workers who live here months at a time. They back their trucks up to three feet away from the hotel rooms and windows and basically throw a block party from 6 to 11 pm every day. Drinking, yelling, playing music. 10-20 people every day and the staff says it's allowed. They'll be in and out of their rooms but mostly they like leaning up against the cars in the parking lot (including your car!) while drinking and yelling 3 feet from people's rooms. One morning I was woken up to the window 3 rooms down from mine being shattered. This did not surprise me. There are other hotels in this price range and cheaper in town not listed on the travel sites, including one across the street. I recommend checking them out or paying for some place nicer. Staying any amount of time at this place is a liability.

Dirty towels, dirty pillow cases, comforter had a slash in the middle, there are empty holes in every door where the peep hole belongs that I had to fill in for my own privacy. No door knob on the bathroom, sink was broken into pieces and caulked back together with pieces missing leaving holes inside of the sink. Carpet full of ashes, the tube TV from 1990 was melted on top like a curling iron had been left there for a while, the shower itself was dirty as well, the toilet moved when used not to mention has a random replacement lid that does not fit the toilet at all, it was like walking into a meme. For $3 more you can get much better rooms. Not to mention how many people are wandering the property at night including vagrants from the QT next door.

Don't know what the non-smoking rooms are like. But don't go for the smoking rooms unless all you care about is shelter.

Scary Location
I don't know whose fault it is the hotel or hotels.com but there was not full disclosure on needing a $50 deposit, I was travelling on a budget. They don't trust me to sleep there but yet I don't know who they are and I am to trust them with my card info!!! No, I don't and I couldn't cancel? And when I checked out, he went and checked my room. I am not even sure he cancelled the deposit. The neighborhood is shotty and a lil scary. Graffiti everywhere, I think I even saw a prostitute cross the street. I will definitely do better research next time. Not a safe place for Women, I didn't sleep well. The toilet barely flushed and the sink first smelled like mildew and then rotten vegetables but I have to pay a deposit.

Thanks for your feedback. Deposit information is least on Hotel.com under "Required at check-in - Credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required for incidental charges". Also, Graffiti was not on your billing is on next door hotel.

Run!!!
Dirty and uninviting, the door had no locks and there were homeless people and drugs and roaches everywhere. I did not feel safe, and I will never come back here again!

Some of the worst!
Most of the guest at this location say they have never paid a down deposit or even a $50 deposit for this roach, bed bugg infested darn place and on top of that Knights inn hotel ain't even close to being decent but it's all I could afford with my e-gift card.

This hotel is very bad, More dirty could not have the beds full of hair had no cleaning any stank of dirty a lot of noise in the surroundings I was stepping on and it seemed that you were going to fall into the room below

Worst establishment ever!
Horrible horrible horrible! Do not stay here! Rude staff no bed sheets available. Refused to give me a refund when we didn’t have a major credit card for incidentals when this was not listed at check in. Had to call Hotels.com customer service and was issued a partial refund in the form of a $25 credit to use for another stay. It’s cheap for a reason people don’t stay here!

Don't go to this hotel!!!!!!!!
This hotel is horrible they refused to let us stay with our 6 1/2 month old baby even though the room was paid for with our free night plus $7.77 of my money because we didn't have the $50 deposit even though on the website that is attached when you look up nights stay hotel on Google don't mention anything about a deposit for staying and they refused to refund through hotels.com so I lost my free night and lost put on my $7.77 I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

We didn't refuse them to stay at your hotel. When they check-in we ask $50 deposit.

Omg the change is substantial. A charming couple with signs of India in the lobby worked the front desk and could not have been more accomodating. Room was clean amd cool during heat advisory. Maid service was efficient and quick to change bedding/towels. Sadly spent the week solo.

Money waster. Keep looking.
Parking lot was FULL of trash. House keeping stopped by to clean only 2 times in 7 days. All hotel staff was rude to my wife. Don’t recommend. Won’t return.

We actually left this hotel due to there being a lot of illegal activity going on in the parking lot and brown goo leaking from the shower. Didn't feel safe, especially leaving a car full of stuff out in the parking lot with prostitutes and people doing drugs. Stayed with Knights Inn before and it was fine, but not this location.

I'm sure it wasn't the motels fault but for some reason someone from outside the motel thought it would be funny to wake me up with a phone call at 1130 and again at midnight right as I was falling back to sleep. I had to go to the office to tell them to block all further outside calls. No one knew where I was staying so I know it wasn't anyone I knew.. So I suggest blocking all outside calls upon check in.

Derrick has two Reservation one was checking on May/11/19 to May/13/19 and the second reservation was on checking on May/12/19 to May/14/19. also both reservation was Hottle Collect and he checked on May 11 and just pay for 2 nights, not for 3 nights. also, there was nothing left behind in the room.

The website said there was breakfast, but there wasn't. There wasn't even coffee. The room was clean but basic. The tv was a beat up tube type with a missing remote. The fridge didn't work.
