Nice place One of the few good neighbor attitude in Tulsa. Very accommodating with my 2 dogs. Not the greatest neighborhood but I felt secure staying here. The owners were very nice.

Was robbed by hotel
was told at check in that a cash deposit was required even though card was on file from booking the room. didnt have $100 arirrived 1 35 mins later with cash dep was told my reservation was cancelled when we left with no refund. also no refund from hotels.com. I was basically robbed for room rate and the facility isnt even the one advertised, not same building or rooms or furnishings

Booked and paid for my room and when i got there they had rented it out. Had no rooms available and told me to contact Expedia for my refund. Now they have refused to refund my money completely. Expedia has been no help either. Dirty place with cops busting down a door when we arrived. WORST HOTEL IN TULSA!!!!!

We booked a king bed, but got two twins pushed together. All night I kept falling into the gap, so I had a terrible nights sleep. The bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet. In the morning I woke up on the bare mattress. This is very unsanitary. There was no iron or hair drier. The bath towels were very small. At the sink there was only one face cloth and one hand towel for two people. The curtain was only as wide as the window, so there was a lot of light leakage. The curtain needs to be 4-6 inches wider on both sides in order to effectively block the light. There was no sheer, which is needed be able to open the curtain, yet retain some privacy. This is especially important for a ground floor room. There were many scars on the walls where fixtures had been removed, but the wall had not been spackled or painted. The paint on doorways and corners where chipped and scarred. The doors to the utility rooms did not have signage. Instead the room titles were written in magic marker. There were smudges and hand prints around the door hardware and switches. Light fixtures with two sockets only had one bulb. All bulbs were low wattage. The facility had a gloomy atmosphere. The light switch at the door did not turn on the lights. The manager said it turned on a lamp in the far corner. I had to feel my way across a pitch black room to find the lamp. This is not safe. OYO is the definition of a seedy motel.

First time User - Highly Unsatisfied
My spouse couldn’t find her ID and they wouldn’t just take mine. We were out of town and in need of a place to sleep just for the night. They wouldn’t allow it so I had to find another hotel and waste more money and take a loss because of this issue which I’ve never came across before. Very unsatisfied. Especially since this was my first time using this app, I would like a refund even though it said not refundable because I had no choice but to find another hotel because of this piece of crap place.

Requires at least a $50 cash deposit. Must be cash, very inconvenient. Employee suggested I walk across the street in the dark to the bank and use the ATM. Instead of leaving the key in my room and check out, I had to wait in the office while the employee goes to check my room in order to get my money back. Dumbest rule ever, I’ve never stayed at a hotel that operates this way, and I’ve stayed at some pretty bad ones before.

It would have been nice to know that the room would not be serviced during our stay. The exterior of the hotel was littered and very dirty. The people congregating around the property were not the best.I got in a couple hours early. The hotel was completely empty but I was not able to check in early. Is not fancy, but it is kept up. the budget traveler like me will find OYO safe and completely fFREE FROM what II'd call "hourly" traffic. If you need The Ritz, not 4 u. If you want a place where an extra day won't break the bank; OYO os a good call.

It took us 10 tries to get only 3 working keys, we needed 4. For 4 guests they would only give us two towels at a time. One of the beds did not have a blanket, we were refused a second one. The icing on the cake was when we woke up to find the hotel was shut down by the state for non payment of delinquent taxes. We moved hotels immediately. Terrible staff with no consideration of their guests.

Place was dirty had to beg to get towels. Never cleaned the room the 6 days I was there. There was a notice on front day one day business closed due to back taxes !!!!! Will not stay there again !!!!

they had bed bugs. A big lack of lightbulb some reason they don't want to put light bulbs in anywhere. They acted horrible about the bedbugs said that they would move me the next day and not that night! Dirty rooms does trash still in them

I asked the front desk clerk if i could see a room first and I ended up not staying here after looking at the property. It was 1970’s decor, hallways dimly lot, low ceilings in the hallway, LOTS of shiny paint on the walls and doors. Outdated bathroom fixtures. It was also located in a sketchy part of town.
