Les + : breakfast
Les - : Replace the air-conditioning it's too noisy, doors too old and it get so sticky, REPLACE ALL THE TOWELS their too old and have holes, bathtub is rusty
Situation : Hotel location is good.
An ok place hotel.Close to fast food restaurant, good breakfast, convenient to school, malls, mountain, airport.

Les + : Quiet, friendly staff. Great restaurant next door.
Situation : Near TMC and other medical facilities.
Is being renovated, much cleaner than several years ago. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.

Nice hotel in Tucson

Les + : It was not elegant but a decent hotel for the price
Situation : We enjoyed the Pub next door.
The hotel was easy to find. The room was clean and quiet. We missed happy hour and breakfast.

Situation : Was there for business, so I did not check out anything except an excellent Mexican restaurant next door.
Easy check-in, nice perks with breakfast and happy hour.

I was really surprised with my recent visit. The staff was really nice and recommended great options, the hotel had a great breakfast buffet and also had happy hour which includes two beers or two wines. The room itself was clean and comfortable, nothing really fancy but it had everything we need it. Overall great stay, will definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are updated, the staff was very nice. The lock on the door was a little hard to turn, but it worked. We checked in very late, because we had been driving for many hours, and checking in was very easy. The hotel is a little far from the highway, and I would just suggest to check in earlier. I get scared easily, so driving though the town so late at night, seem very lonely and a little creepy. Otherwise I would recommend this place.

Nice hotel with great staff

Les + : hot breakfast and two free drinks from 5 to 7, discounts at convenient and interesting restaurants nearby, clean rooms, and friendly staff
Les - : We were in room 239 at a corner of the property. Internet was poor everywhere and almost nonexistent in our room.
Situation : Close to Saguaro east and points north and some nice restaurants within walking distance, but very slow drive to I-10 west
We enjoyed the resort like facilities very much, great breakfast and nice happy hour. Location is good for things north and east of Tucson but it is a long drive to interstate 10 west.

Nice hotel and great staff.

After a 13 hour drive we checked into this hotel. The reception desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were very surprised by the complimentary happy hour drink tickets. Even though we didn't get a chance to use ours but one time, it's a nice way to make your guests feel comfortable away from home. The price of the room was affordable and the rooms were nice. They even provided a pack n play at no additional charge for our 4 month old grandson. The only thing I can say that is slightly negative is the bathroom was a little cramped and they should have more than one small trash can in the room. But in comparison to everything else that was very minor. I will definitely come back here if I'm ever in Tucson again.
