très bien situé, proche du centre commercial del amo et peu éloigné de l'aéroport de LAX. Il semble un peu vieillot aujourd'hui. De plus une chambre dite "accessible aux handicapés" nous a été attribuée sans raison : elle était plus petite que celles que nous avions eue les 2 séjours précdents, et RIEN n'était étudié pour les handicapés: porte étroite et lourde, peu d'espace de circulation, coin cuisine non adapté, douche - très agréable par ailleurs - avec seuil et sans aucune barre d'appui. Lit King size accessible que par un seul côté (compte tenu de l'espace de la pièce, lit poussé contre le conditionneur d'air). Personnel de ménage très sympathique. Au global, correct. En conclusion

Bien situé puisque tout près du mall del amo. Hôtel moyen - literie très moyenne - parquet cheap - clim bruyante. Hôtel, louée pour une douche avant de prendre l'avion à lax...c'était parfait pour la proximité de l'aéroport. il semblerait que l'hôtel accepte les animaux.

TV didn’t work, we called for help but no one ever showed up. Called ask for towels and they said I have to come to front desk to get myself. When I get there , they said I needed to bring the old , wet and dirty towel down to exchange myself. Will never ever stay there again

Book elsewhere! This place is a dump.
Think twice before booking! The smell of the hotel reeks of marijuana. Bring slippers to wear in your room, the carpets are so badly soiled you don’t want to walk barefoot in your room. Want coffee in your suite? You need to ask for a coffee maker AND cups. Need a hair dryer? You need to ask for it. This hotel must experience a LOT of theft!! The dirt around the room window was so bad you could hardly see the window frame. The cabinets in the bathroom and the kitchen area were in high need of replacement they were so badly damaged. Have a pet? Beware because no one picks up after their pets outside. Dog poop everywhere!! Never again will I consider staying at this hotel location.

The property was not accurately displayed online. The hallways smelled like incense and the inside of the room like maple syrup with other smells. The carpet was stained and dirty. The more time we spent in the room, the worst it got. We checked out early and got a different hotel. Definitely not a place worth staying at considering it around del amo fashion district.

Poor - even for a budget hotel
TL;DR version: even for a budget hotel, this place fell short of the mark. Details: Kitchenette - but no cookware or plates and utensils in unit. Yes, I can request at the front desk, but why make me go to the trouble when a hold is placed on my card? Housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks. That wasn’t clear upon reservation - only on check in. No coffee in room - just downstairs in the morning. Complimentary grab-n-go breakfast was a joke. Coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars. That was it. No fruit for takeaway. Nothing else. Oh, on the final day they had muffins. Not the first 2 days. Bed was horrible. There were springs broken or something as it sunk when I sat on the edge of the bed, to the point that the bed was basically uneven. Towels were ratty with threads coming off. Soap provided, but no shampoo. Oh, and my floor smelled like fish. Not old rotting fish, but like someone had been cooking fish in their microwave. Every. Day. That’s just what’s fresh in my mind as I write this. I’m sure there were other issues. My advice: steer clear. Pay the extra to stay elsewhere if you’re able to afford it.

Check out after 30 minutes of being in the room. Very dirty, filthy and unsafe. There were unknown pills on the floor. Book at a room at the Holiday Inn which was very nice. Don’t stay at this facility.

The hotel looks dirty , smelly , the elevators smell very bad the hallways are smelly ,carpet dirty , I could barely stand the smell. There were lots of noise in the rooms , my room was awful , I got an alergy from the sheets , the room smell old and wet ,and humid , the AC was not cold enough and it was noisy , the tub was dirty , and smelly , I throw out because of the smell , I don’t recommend it
