The service was nice and welcoming. There was a few interesting perks in the hotel. The room was beautiful but the sheets were disgusting. Yellow spots stains et makeup stains on the second sheet. Plus i found it surprising that there wasn't a cover for the mattresse against bed bugs. Every hotels I've went to, had covers for theirs mattresses against bed bugs but not this one.

Les années 80 m'ont appelé dans la chambre pour ravoir le decor... Mais je n'entandais rien car les gens dans le corridor et chambre voisine parlaient trop forts. N'ayant pas eu de service de chambre, j'espère qu'il feront la chambre pour la prochain client ..

Nice Hotel with the kindest staff !
I stay at this hotel everytime I fly from Pearson and I enjoy it everytime. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks to Prince for his warm welcome and help last time I stayed there.

ホテル自体は悪くなかったですが、無料シャトルバスが、自分でリクエストしないと来ないと知ったのは、チェックインのあとだったため、シャトルバスを使うことが出来ませんでした。 空港到着時、寒い中、空港の外でシャトルバスの到着を30分待ち、ホテルのシャトルバスが来たので乗ろうとしたけれど、バスは止まらずに行ってしまいました。 結局、Uberタクシーを自分で呼び、ホテルにチェックイン出来たのは、空港でシャトルバスの停留所に行ってから、１時間以上あとでした。
