The room was clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a big dent on each side of the mattress. The room definitely needs updating. The mattress in the sofa bed has seen better days. Breakfast was okay. Good coffee. Staff was kind and polite.

My favourite stay! Very accommodating staff. I was permitted early check in and late check out and wasn’t asked to pay a fee. Having the hotel locked for anyone that didn’t have a guest key was something i’ve never seen before, it made me feel very secure and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Great staff, clean rooms. Elevators a little noisy but they’re going to be fixed next week so maybe they’re just rough. Definitely staying here again!

Vraiment il y a trop trop d'attente devant l'ascenseur en plus l'espace de restauration est trop petit par rapport au nombre des clients qui ont dans l'hôtel et chaque matin il y a une fil d'attente.

Accessibilité de notre chambre à 11h30 wow. Nous avons eu un surclassement dans une suite sans frais supplémentaire et sans le demander wow. Personnels efficaces, compétents et souriants wow. Bien dans l’ensemble. Propre mais petit imprévu ( qui nous a été signalé) manque d’eau la nuit et en début de matinée de notre arrivée. . Mobilier de la chambre mérite une petite rénovation. Canapé ds la chambre mérite un nettoyage supplémentaire. Un autre sol dans la chambre que la moquette serait plus hygiénique. Petit déjeuner très bien et cuisine bien aménagée. Piscine trop petite à mon goût et trop de monde. Besoin d’un nettoyage ou de rénovation . . Personnel accueillant et disponible. Merci pour ce séjour.

Le point fort est certainement la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel La seule chose c’est le prix du stationnement à 50$ par jour je trouve ça trop élevé mais le service est parfait
