My stay was fine except that when l came back from my activities my room card wasn’t working anymore so l had to wait in the lobby for over half an hour at 11 o’clock at night listening to many complains from customers checking in and out, the ladies where doing there best but this was taking for ever! I had to go true all this again at my departure in the morning series of unhappy people, what’s going on?

Poor security. Anyone can come in or out of hotel because all side doors are open and accessible without a room key. The carpet was dirty . The A.C. unit wasn't even plugged up. We had to plug it up ourselves. We had to ask for clean sheets and towels and wash cloths. No complementary breakfast. By far ome of the worst hotels.

Odeur d’humidité et de moisissures dans la chambre. Prises électriques avec powerbars tous utilisés et tout croche. Salle de bain non fonctionnelle pour 4 occupants pas de place ( pas de comptoir) Accueil/ serviettes pour 2 personnes, la réservation était pour 4. Restaurant pitoyable. 1 seule serveuse un samedi matin. Elle courait partout. Jamais eu d’eau à boire. Elle m’a servi mon café garoché. Le temps d’attente pour le déjeuner 40-45 minutes. Le messieur à l’accueil était très professionnel et gentil.

On a adoré nos 3 nuits làbas. Par contre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, on avais jamais assez de débarbouillette pour ce laver. On devais leur demander. Endroit calme. Personnel sympathique. Le resto etais très moyen. Pas grand chose au menu. On a préféré manger dans les resto tout près.

Bon service, mais propreté négligée
C’est ma troisième fois à cet hôtel et depuis 3 dernières années, la propreté de l’hôtel se dégrade littéralement. Odeur nauséabonde, tapis souillé, trous dans la céramique de la douche (vive les fuites) … Mais le service est excellent.

Book this place because they have a spa and sauna. Very disappointed that the spa was broken. If known, i will book somewhere else. Also in our bathroom, lots of mold. For that price, i could have something much better. Spoke to the receptionist, and she don’t even seems to care about my comment. Seriously overall very bad experience.

Corridors pas nettoyés à 17h lors de notre arrivée. Quelqu'un passait la balayeuse à 20h dans les corridors. Un chariot de valise a perdu une roue lorsque je suis revenue de ma voiture, j'avais les mains pleines de graisse et la personne à l'accueil ne m'a pas aidée. J'ai été déçue de mon séjour.
