Les lits étaient très confortables, l’emplacement était idéal pour notre spectacle au Roger Center et visiter l’aquarium et la tour du CN. Cependant, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et le cadran nous a réveillé à 5:30. Pour ce qui est du stationnement, 49$ est vraiment exagéré. J’ai trouvé un stationnement intérieur à 26$ juste de l’autre côté de la rue.

Nous sommes arrivés tard, et la chambre avec 2 lits doubles réservée n’était plus disponible. Nous avons eu une suite avec un lit long et un divan lit. Restaurant dans l’hôtel, qui est très commode. Près de tout. Ils ont gardé nos bagage sans frais alors que nous allions au match des Blue Jays.

Commentaire constructif pour le futur....Le système d'alarme feu c'est enclanché à 1h du matin faisant un bruit infernal dans tout les microphones de l'hôtel. Tout les clients étaient très inquiets/paniqués ne sachant pas quoi faire pcq AUCUNE indication n'était donné.(pas évident de descendre 25étages avec des enfants!! Il y avait des personnes âgées qui ont décidées d'évacuer étant prises de peur!!)Camion de pompier présent.Finalement,j'ai réussit à rejoindre au téléphone la réception de l'hôtel qui m'ont dit de rester dans la chambre et d'attendre les nouvelles indications au microphone.Après environ 1h de bruit infernal, après avoir vu les pompiers partir, l'alarme a cessé plusieurs minutes plus tard et finalement lorsque nous étions recouchés; un message dans le microphone s'excusant des inconvénients.Ce que je déplore: MANQUE DE DIRECTIVE DANS LES SITUATIONS D'URGENCE!! Il aurait été facile de donner des indications à tous via le microphone question de sécurité! (Au lieu de juste au clients qui ont réussit à rejoindre la réception via téléphone)
