Très bien
Très bon hôtel,très bien situé à proximité de la gare Shimbashi et ligne Yurikamome.Lobby au 25 ieme étage.Vue splendide sur Tokyo.Chambre aux dimensions japonaises,mais très agréable.Petit déjeuner très bien.Excellent rapport qualité prix !!!!! Je le recommande fortement.

Bien situé à quelques pas des gares et du quartier Zinga. 2 bons restaurants dans l’hôtel ce qui est pratique et bien. Vue spectaculaire sur la Tōkyō Tower et sur le mont Fuji. Le seul côté négatif est que les chambres peuvent être un peu bruyantes avec les trains circulant à proximité mais rien de trop dérangeant.

Tres bel hotel. Bien situé à Tokyo meme si l'acces a partir de la gare de Shimbashi est sportif. Personnel exemplaire etat general igne de ses 4 etoiles.seule deception pour le petit dejeuner : 2 choix proposés assez semblables et au bout d'une semaine tres tres monotones.

Employés professionnels. Restauration de qualité !! Chambre artiste confortable mais insonorisation sur le réseau ferroviaire insuffisante !! Very nice facility with a nice view of the city. The only thing not quite convenient is we have to drag our suitcases to the lobby which is located on the 25th floor.

Good View of Mt Fuji and the city. Good Location to the train stations with access to shiodome and shinbashi stations in the basement. Trains can be a little loud at night but the do stop around midnight.

The hotel is located on the top floors of a tower. It's not very well connected to the JR and subway (around 20min walk if you don't get lost!) but you are walking distance to Ginza. We stayed in one of the Artist rooms (Cherry Blossoms) which was simply stunning and had this great view of Tokyo tower. As for the rest, breakfast was 20 pounds per person for the smallest buffet I have ever seen plus a microwaved plate of sausages and bacon (omelette was good). They do not have a bar which I found a bit surprising. The staff is a simply amazing, thanks to everyone who assisted me months before the check in with all my restaurants reservations!!

I loved Park Hotel Tokyo. The staff was excellent and provided any help and information that i needed. All staff was friendly and eager to help in any capacity. The location of the hotel was very close to a subway line and it was easy to travel to all the sites i wanted to see and food i wanted to eat. I would enthusiastically recommend to stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo to everyone visiting Tokyo. I would gladly stay there again on my next visit to Tokyo.

The common areas are lovely but our room was plain and tired by comparison. The breakfast does not change but there are no other options close by. The hotel was okay but not in a convenient location for walking on a vacation. Safety at night may be a concern for solo travellers. Subway access to the Waterfront area is excellent. I would look elsewhere when I return to Tokyo.

Convenient location between two transport hubs (Shiodome and Shimbashi). The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor but was easy to find: it was well signposted from various entrances. The lobby was stunning. Essentially an art gallery with a very large atrium. There was also a free coffee machine and a lounge area with views of Tokyo Tower. The room itself didn’t live up to the rest of the hotel. It was fine - nothing wrong with it - but there wasn’t any evidence stunning art or anything!

Requires a bit of a walk from/to the Shimbashi station (you can do it all underground). The so called Expedia VIP amenities are next to useless. Everything else was just great.

The hotel’s staff and service were impeccable, even though the hotel’s interior looks a but dated, everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is literally an art gallery and I didn’t know this when i booked. If you’re an art lover, you will enjoy. As i was an expedia gold member, i received my VIP benefits and was upgraded to the higher room type which had a view of tokyo tower and a small Mount Fuji in the background! Super wowed by the view. I really appreciate that this hotel had a porter to help us with my bags up and down the room. The front desk were also very patient with sharing with us transport options. The hotel is also conveniently located directly above the shiodome subway station and sheltered from weather. Overall, i would be back again!

Excellent staff, restaurant, location and views. Its location between the two sides of Shimbashi Station gave direct transportation options to all sides of the city. Lots of food options nearby. Artwork was interesting. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the rooms themselves could use a deep clean. Stains on walls and carpets and there were green stains on one of our comforters. Notified staff and they replaced the sheets. Overall a good experience.
