Beautiful 2nd Story Front-Row Beach Located Condo with Unobstructed Ocean Views

Sea Side is a beautiful new project set on over an acre of land with great amenities right by the Pacific Ocean, located on a quiet road that runs alongside the dunes.

The property is set in the heart of Las Tunas, adjacent to the Bocana Las Tunas which is home to a turtle hatchery, at the best location in town where you can marvel from the rooftop terrace at the whales breaching, the Sierra de La Laguna Mountains, Punta Lobos Beach, wind your way down a sandy path through the dune-grass to stroll miles of pristine white sand beach, or take part in one of the daily sunset turtle-releases.

The building has two levels, each consisting of a self-contained private apartment both of which has access to the spectacular, expansive 500 sq. foot roof-top terrace with fire pit, concrete pulido seating area and full wet-bar area with unobstructed 360 degree scenic vistas encompassing the la Pastora surf-break, the Sierra de las Lagunas mountains, Punta Lobos, and forever-views out into the vastness of the Pacific. The building also has a laundry room, with a large washing machine and a large propane gas dryer.

The space

Sea Side 2 is on the upper level and comprises a generous 750 sq. ft of interior space, and two terraces totalling 340 sq. feet, each covered with a beautiful and functional slatted sunshade and each boasting expansive, unobstructed ocean-views Both the inside and outside spaces are beautifully decorated, featuring several pieces of handmade exotic-wood furniture.

Whether staying in touch with friends and family or working from your vacation-home, enjoy state of the art connectivity with fiber optic wireless Internet and a reinforced booster signal for seamless cell-phone communication throughout the unit.

Sea Side is set on an Acre of land with only two units at the moment. Both units can be booked together, subject to availability.

Highly recommend, great location, great house. Pretty amazing to be able to see whales breaching while making breakfast. The rooftop with fire pit is the perfect place to watch the sunsets. Great breakfast spot an easy walk away, many good lunch dinner options nearby too.

We could not have asked for more! Everything about this listing was better than we imagined—it’s more beautiful, more comfortable, and better located than we could have dreamed. If you’re looking to stay right outside of Todos Santos while enjoying the beach, seeing quail & jack rabbits from the balcony, indulging in rooftop stargazing, and sleeping with the sound of ocean waves this is the place to be. I loved being just outside of town for quiet, peaceful nights and getting a true beachfront experience. We already miss it, and can’t wait to return!

Erik’s place was better than described! If you are traveling to Todos Santos, this is the place to stay. The beach is a five minute walk. Erik went above and beyond helping me with any requests. He is the best host I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

We loved staying at the property on Las Tunas beach in Todos Santos! The condo itself is stunning and offers gorgeous views from the two balconies and roof top! We enjoyed constant sightseeing of whales - you seriously see one almost every five minutes and some are so close you can see the barnacles on their backs! We enjoyed fantastic sunsets over the ocean and sunrises over the mountains! Erik was a terrific host, easy to reach with any questions and check in/out was super easy! We loved the town, local food, and got two massages at the condo in the week we were there! Don’t hesitate to book this condo! You’ll love it!!!

Loved the views of the beach and just a little walk over a sand dune. Views of sunrise and sunset. Property is a great base for 2 people to get to know Todo Santos, and loved the quiet part of town but easy access to the restaurants close by. The unit is very efficiently designed and cool. Great stay!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Loved the location, watching sunsets and listening to the waves crash. The layout was a great blend of indoor and outdoor space! We watched all kinds of birds, saw a long eared rabbit, even a gray fox in the yard! The kitchen was well stocked and any questions we had were promptly answered. Loved the neighborhood restaurants and how quiet the area was while still being close to downtown. Would love to stay here again!

Stop scrolling and book now! The pictures did this place no justice. We had the second story unit and it was spacious and had everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, ect
 the views from the two decks are unbelievable and the roof deck is even better. You are steps to the beach and a few minute drive to some incredible restaurants. Must check out the Green Room and Palmas de Pacifico for incredible sushi. Best of both worlds, 10 minute drive to town but far enough away in a quiet peaceful neighborhood to relax and see the stars at night. Erik was a great host and gave us great recommendations. We will be back!

We loved our stay... fell asleep to the sound of ocean waves and woke up to chirping birds. The unit is immaculate and has a super relaxing zen feel. The design and decor thanks to hosts Erik and Zara felt like we were in a magazine... from the large walk in shower, two large decks facing the ocean, high ceilings with natural concrete finished walls and floor to ceiling windows was amazing. Super private, comfortable with a nice kitchen to cook in. Couple of our favourite places and not to be missed were, Playa Las Palmas beach for swimming, the Friday + Saturday markets for fresh produce etc, and Cien Palmas for their amazing food and cocktails.

Erik the owner was a great communicator. Very helpful. Solid insights on local places (follow his local expertise - 5 Tacos and a Beer restaurant and Playa Los Palmas are not to be missed). Location is amazing. Picture makes it look isolated but actually in a good ex-Pat neighborhood. Very safe. You do need a car. Roads a rough-ish but not unlike other Mexican side roads. Sunsets and whale watching are amazing. When in the unit it feels like you are staying in a Architectural Digest photo spread. We stayed upstairs, not sure about downstairs unit. Half mile walk to great local restaurants and coffee shops. This is just immediately north of Todos Santos in Las Tunas. Also, don’t miss drinks at The Green Room. This is local living
and the living is good.
