This creek side home is the perfect launching pad for your Tahoe vacation! Recently updated, the entire home is outfitted with the latest technology and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The main floor is filled with natural light, with windows framing forested views all around. A wood-burning fireplace warms up chilly winter days as you relax on the plush living room couch and watch shows on the 50” Smart TV. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and gather as a group at the 6-person dining table. From the main living space, step out to the spacious deck—the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding this home! On the deck, you’ll find outdoor seating and a hot tub, where you can unwind while taking in views of the creek.

When you’re ready to tuck in for the night, you’ll find the first bedroom on the main level—a cozy guest room with a king bed, dedicated workspace, and closet. On the upper floor, you’ll discover a spacious master suite that includes a sitting area with a couch that can be used as a pull-out bed, and a decorative fireplace. The master suite also features a dedicated workspace, a large closet, and a balcony. If you have a vehicle, you’ll appreciate the home’s proximity to Tahoe City, just an 8-minute drive away. You can also use the free park-and-ride to reach destinations like Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With Highway 89 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many stunning areas around Tahoe City. The region also offers convenient transportation options like Uber, Lyft, and local taxi companies.

Check in was easy. Communication was great. Kitchen was equipped with basic necessities, but could have had more basic spices for cooking. Bedroom and living room was comfortable. Hot tub and location were the highlight! Would stay again.

The property was great for the wonderful weekend vacation on every aspects. 1. Location Great location to the Tahoe beach access. Just work 10 minutes, it can access to the beach. Very safe and great view! This home also can access the Eagle Rock trail just in 2 minutes - only across the bridge and road - then take the trail around 15 mins, you can see the stunning view of the West Tahoe. To the Safeway, only 10 mins drive. Same driving time, it can enjoy all good restaurants in Tahoe city. 2. House Very clean rooms, all facilities and roomy spaces all rooms. One bedroom in second floor has very nice sofa bed - My daughter really enjoyed it. All kitchen stuffs are very clean and prepared all kinds of dishes, silver wears. I only prepared foods and fully enjoyed my trip. Hottub was great to enjoy clean Tahoe air at the night time! Fenced yard was great for my dog. It is very safe my dog can enjoy the nature. Creek access was convenient through the yard! If someone visit this home in summer season, use the creek as the private place. Overall this house is great for the family vacation!

We had a great time in Homewood. I brought my teenage son, his friend, and my two dogs. Very pet friendly area. I loved that we could walk out back and have a relaxing private creek for the dogs and the boys. We went up and down the creek with our paddle boards and it was so peaceful. We walked across the street to Eagle Rock Trailhead. The best view and it was only .5 miles to the top. The Markets, restaurants, and downtown were 5-15 minutes away. I will definitely be back. The only complaint I have is there was no barbecue grill and limited baking or cooking supplies. I like to stay in and cook more than most vacationers. I was able to buy the supplies I needed at the local Safeway.
