The advertising is with breakfast included. But, they don't have breakfast. They serve coffee or tea with granola bars. This was very inconvenient.

Dogs everywhere here. My first room stunk, dog hair on the carpet everywhere. I complained and got another room with hardwood floors, smelled better than the first room. I slept in my clothes, was supposed to stay 3 days, I checked out after one night!!

There was a problem between hotels.com and the hotel so that I reserved a room that they didn't have! All they had was a room with 2 beds, and the hotel policy was to charge me $20 more for it! Fortunately, the excellent staff were able to waive the extra charge, but it took them a long time to do.

It was an experience lol the heat didn’t work in the room for at least 2-3 days and nights and the staff got upset the moment I kept bringing it up. The staff wouldn’t supply any extra blankets almost every night I was cold and more tired than before it just wasn’t the most clean and I just will remember never to have a friend book a reservation for me again. It was my first time traveling and I just expected to be treated better. I even had to fight for clean towels and wash cloths I just ended up buying my own across the street. I was only there for a short time before I have to come back and I’m just not happy with the service and the way I was spoken to. I even called downstairs one night to confirm my time and day for checkout because I had seen a mistake on the reservation before the internet stopped working and the lady told me the wrong time and date and just hung up on me.. I wasn’t expecting anything glamorous I grew up very poor and have worked for everything I have today and I am still fine with the simplicity of life but this just was unacceptable.

This feels like a dirty filthy "I'm afraid of getting bedbugs" kind of place where I'm also afraid for safety. The carpet should be burned. The sink has food in it. The shower has hair in it. I will never stay in an Extended Stay EVER again.

Staff was definitely extremely nice and the room was definitely what me and my husband needed, however the condition of the room was not too well the room had a funny smell, there was stains on the kitchen floor, bathroom walls, and refrigerator when I got there. The bed was okay and there was addicts and strange people staying there. If they renovated the rooms I think there will be some potential and better views but overall my stay was not too bad don’t have too many complaints

Its very convenient for us and the staff is good, but the rooms are rather dirty. Our first room, the toilet was plugged, and we couldn't get it unplugged. Also the stove top was quite greasy. We got a new room, which was fine, except it looked like it had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs everywhere by the beds.

I left this hotel and stayed elsewhere even though I couldn’t get a refund. It just wasn’t pleasant at all. Really inconvenient front door and parking with gate gave the impression that it wasn’t safe. Smelly and run-down and not a place my daughter and I wanted to relax for the night.

Under control and funding of the illegal regime
I was stuck in this place for a week. No dishes, no coffee pot, no nothing because it is government funded by the biden regime for the homeless and illegal aliens. While the behavior of the freeloaders was better than other places I discovered to be undercover government operations unadvertised, the place smelled like feet, out of control kids were screaming bloody murder while their mother beat them, dogs were barking in the hallway, and people try to get into the protected gate by waiting for paying guests to enter and they follow them right in I won't stay at this place again unless I confirm in advance the illegal biden regime isn't involved at all. This is a horrible thing our former country is allowing to happen... more like forcing, and it is ruining the good name of good hotels nationwide. Soon, there will be no hotels available as all the illegal aliens and homeless will take them over at our expense. Frankly, I shouldn't have had to pay a dime to stay there. I'm already paying for everyone else to stay there. Down with the illegal regime. Restore the image of Extended Stay America which used to be EXCELLENT until this happened.

We arrived at 6pm and was told by the front desk that our room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. She said she would text me when it was ready. I asked if I could use a bathroom and she directed me to go to the Tacoma mall across the freeway. After 30 minutes waiting in our car watching three guys smoke weed in the parking lot, I went back to the front desk to see if our room was ready even though I hadn’t received a text. We had to leave for a concert that started at 7pm. We went up to our room and the maid was just walking out. We settle in and about 10 minutes later someone opens our door and quickly closes it when they realize we are in it. Seemed a little sketchy since the maid saw us walk in but she also knew we were in a hurry to leave. Was she going to go through our luggage? The bathroom door somehow locked us out. Thankfully my boyfriend knew how to open it. We had one towel to share between us and all night the refrigerator made awful sounds like it was going to spontaneously combust. The next morning the maid was pounding on our door at 10:45am. Check out is at 11. We were just getting out the door at 11:10 when our room phone started ringing- assuming it was the front desk telling us to check out. No hurry to get us into our room but they sure were in a hurry to get us out. We checked out and headed to our car in the parking lot. Someone parked next to us who was clearly living in their car and the same three people outside smoking weed again. Awful experience.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there 3 hours after check in. Had to wait another 45 min for a run to be ready. Ahah wasn’t even the double Queen we asked for. Horrible hotel to stay for a quick one day evening

Hallway on 4th floor, same dirt and trash up on leaving two days later. Experienced two argument between staff and those checking in. Staff not at fault, it was the clientele. Having to walk around the hotel from your car to entry is ridiculous. I will never stay at another Extended Stay. Appears to cater to the evicted and homeless. Scary place. My room was clean otherwise I would have left and filed a grievance with my credi card company.
